When I initially entered the store there was offensive rap music being played by the assistant manager. She was having trouble communicating with the Hispanic customer about his order. She essentially forced him to take a lesser quality paint. After he accepted the paint, he wanted to buy some sundries with cash. She apparently did not have change for his $9.12 purchase.I had to get paint matched for my project. I informed her that I would need two gallons of exterior super paint. I provided the exact paint I needed to match. The assistant manager begin to fumble around and look for a 5 gallon bucket and told me there was none in stock. I told her I needed only 2 gallons. She then realized the paint was in stock on the shelf by the counter. Same base and finish that I initially requested. I opened the provided sample and she pulled a swatch of paint from the bucket. As two more customers walk in, the young lady was obviously bothered by their presence and sighed a sigh of discontent. Having worked in customer service and the paint industry for nearly 20+ years, I have encountered all kinds of individuals that are not suited for customer service. This young lady is clearly not a quality representative of the Sherwin Williams company. Especially in this store where customers willing to spend large amounts of. Obey shop. I have nearly stoop shopping at Sherwin Williams because of their treatment of employee and customers. Also because the quality of paint has drastically declined over the years while the price has significantly increased. This will be another reason not to shop with Sherwin Williams in the future.

That tall blonde drink of sun tea behind the counter is something special, I believe his name is Adam. Very helpful and knowledgeable of paint and paint accessories. He sure does make sherwin Williams look great! I spent an extra hour in there just discussing my diy project with him. Very smart guy when it comes to home improvement.
