These individuals are amazing. They constantly stayed in contact, took the time to get the best deal possible, and went above and beyond in making sure that we got the car that we needed. Truly amazing people and management. They have integrity, great business ethics, and made sure that we went home in a great safe vehicle. Truly amazing. Thank you Ford for helping my family.

I rate a 1 because 0 is not an option. Took them 13 week to get a replacement key for my Ford Explorer. Since then they call me once a month to ask if they can work on my vehicle again. I have asked them not to call. I have blocked their phone number, but they still call and leave voice messages. AVOID this place and the other Ultimate Auto group locations.

Work was charged and not performed on my wifes Focus. Worse yet,the parts they said they installed were still at the service department when it was discovered they lied. We will be demanding satisfaction from Ultimate Ford of Mountain Home.Follow Up: We did get charges removed and assistance in getting some of the work done correctly. In the end the service department still agreed to a job they should have looked into better, almost let us walk away having paid for unperformed work, but the service manager did do her absolute best to help us recover as much of the mistaken charges as possible and line us up with a 3rd party who could get the job done.

Well it took 4 months but they got my 6 liter diesel going again and most covered under warranty. Jay was excellent to work with, he came in on a Saturday so I could pick it up.

This place was fantastic. As a single woman traveling from Seattle to Mountain Home in January, I was treated very nicely, professionally and fair. Ive been to other car services and have them thinking I know nothing and try to take me for things I dont need. They replaced my thermostat and I asked at the time of appointment if theyd have time for oil change. They did and the price for both was very reasonable.Highly recommend this place of business.

Chris the service writer is very rude and ignorant!! Thought Ultimate was a good dealership until having to speak with him.. I was also cheated by the body shop after accident repair.. They will not give over paid money they charged!! They keep saying the girl that handled that will contact and nothing!!

I travel 4 days a week my breaks where shot they said I needed rear rotors and pads,and turn the front rotors and replaced the pads.6 weeks later it started shaking real bad when you break, I had it checked and the rotors were never turned, so had to get new rotors and front break pads. Service manger is not willing to reimburse for anything.Service technician said that he turned the rotors he didnt. So I had to pay twice for something that they should have done in the first place

Took our 2005 F-150 there to have the remote locking mechanism fixed. We were given an estimate of $200 to fix the problem. After an entire day of saposedly working on the truck they told us they couldnt find the problem and it would be another $700 to continue looking. There would be no guarantee that they could fix it even then. We where forced to pay $200 to get our truck back. Well never go there again. We go to Main Street Muffler for all our vehicle work.

My wife was on vacation and had car trouble. She took it into Ultimate Ford and talked to Jay. Long story short, Jay and his team diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had Shelly on her way. Not only that, but the price was very, very reasonable. Lastly, he asked my wife to give him a call once she returned back to Colorado to ensure she made it home back safely. Now that is customer service! Thanks Jay!!!

What can I say?? This dealership was awesome ! The sales people were so very friendly and helpful. We LOVE our new 2019 Flex! We have dealt with Lance before and he always makes the best deal for us.I dont think they could have a better manager. Brad was very friendly and not pushy at all and more like a member of the family. About a month after our purchase I was involved in an accident and the collision dept was fantastic! We were on a tight time schedule to have it repaired and Paul is a man of his word and had our car repaired even earlier than he promised. He worked everything out with our insurance, they did a great job and went the extra mile. All in all you couldnt ask for a more delightful experience. : )

I recently was on vacation at Norfork Lakeke when my a/c went out on my 2015 F250. Being out of town I was in a bind. I looked up Ford dealerships and found Ultimate Ford. Shocked at the incompetence of the service writer, my first experience was a 2 1/2 hour oil change but I assumed that could be bad timing on my part. This time I set an appointment for a minor (but expensive) repair, sent the parts list that he had given me from the diagnosis (he had lost it), and asked him to be ready - since it takes me an hour to get there. When I arrived at my appointment a week later, he hadnt given it another thought.......no parts, the estimate has increased $200, and I need to come back in 2 days. I walked away, the money isnt an issue, but dealing with incompetence and someone who doesnt care about you or your time is unacceptable. There are many other Ford dealerships, dont waste your time here.

Ultimate Ford has gone above and beyond with customer service for us today. We were traveling through Arkansas on a family vacation when our truck, which was pulling our fifth wheel trailer, broke down. When we realized we would have to be here overnight to get the truck fixed, they found us a beautiful campground, found someone to haul our trailer to it, and loaned us a truck to use during our stay, all for free and on the Fourth of July. They even invited our dogs into their showroom so they could cool off while we waited. We are so thankful to them for turning what could have been a nightmare into an unexpected vacation destination for us. We can’t thank Ultimate Ford enough for their hospitality!

I bought a car there and it still had factory warranty, bumper to bumper. I told them that the AC was NOT working and check t7he compressor. After several visits and being charged for freon I took car elsewhere. I was there 5 minutes and he said its your compressor. Ultimate jacked around, warranty expired and I had to pay for repairs out of pocket. I was livid to say the least. I wouldnt buy a snow sled from them. They lost a couple sales because of this, I took my dad to kent Chevrolet to buy his new car. If there mechanics are this incompetent Im sure not sending family there.

I would give these guys a million negative stars if I could. Where to begin. I have never seen such MASS INCOMPETENCE in my ENTIRE LIFE. We have probably put about $10 grand in my vehicle this year alone, its only an 07, this should not be a thing, yet here we are, returning every other month because they either A. Didnt fix it right the first time. or B. Broke something else near it which inevitably needs fixing. I do not tinker in my vehicle, so everything wrong with it is directly from them. They, however, do not see it that way, nope, they will not cover their mistakes, only charge me more and more and more. Like right now, my wife kept telling them she was smelling something, but they ignored her and acted like she was stupid, and now theyre trying to charge us $1,000. Heater was also working before we brought it in there, got it back and now it doesnt work and its hissing. Got a quote from another mechanic, said theyd do it for $300. So, see you later Ford, you have FOREVER lost my business! Youre lucky Im not taking you to a lawyer!

The ford The service advisor is great! He truly makes you feel like hes concerned and wants to help. The service department is very busy, they are the only ford dealer for about 50 miles. Make an appointment. The service department is fast.

They are very rude in the service department. If you dont have a brand new car that you bought from them they dont want to help you.They are the worst at getting to recalls if you can even get them to do it.There prices are way out of line. You can get much better service and more for your buck at a local shop.

They have battey coupons listed on web site, however they do not sell the battery listed. when you call they say we dont sell that and want to sell you higher priced items. why have coupons for items you dont sell? what a joke total waste of time. $510 later the issue was not resolved but for an additional $460 they will change the spark plugs and 1 coil. Not!!! Husband did that himself. The EGR code is still being thrown so he paid $75 for the DPFE sensor which is the last thing it could be. So ford wanted $1000 and it still wouldnt have fully fixed the issue that the truck had. Way to screw me out of my money!

Take your business elsewhere. From the snooty voiced girl who answers the phone to the incompetent yet arrogant service department this is a bad dealership. They ALWAYS find a way to say NO. I live 12 miles from them. I have owned 2 new Ford autos and I drive to Hudspeth in Harrison to both purchase and service them I will not do business at Ultimate Ford in Mountain Home. I advise you do not either.
