Got my widows tinted here customer service could be a little better and its been 3 weeks and still have a few bubbles in tint they are on the corners so its not as big of a deal waited the full 5 days as requested and not cleaning them as well

They did a good install job on my pontoon but they do mark up there stereos a bit and labor hours are higher than I would expect increasing the cost. But on the positive side stereo sounded great for about four weeks now only static. They came out and replaced the receiver at no cost when their technician came back from vacation. They honor their warranty! That is worth the extra cost to me

Asked to have my subs checked out in a car I bought used. Had a feeling I wasnt getting the full power I needed, lo and behold I was right but they werent the ones to tell me. They charged over $100 to replace a fuse and tune my radio (they just reset it) and barely spoke to me about the issue while I was there. As soon as I turned on the car I could tell they didnt do anything with it but decided not to mention it as they didnt seem much in the talking mood anyways.

Product not explained well and when I called to talk about it was basically told to bad. Will never return, have to take car elsewhere to have it corrected.

The staff seemed a little uppity did not want to explain things to you I think in most cases if youre having serious audio put into your vehicle or boat it would probably be worth the trip to Springfield acumen is really high on their markup.
