This was possibly the best customer service Ive ever experienced at a gamestop. Very helpful with game recommendations based on my gaming history. Shoutout to Misti for helping me with my screen protector.

Waiting in line to pick up a new game the lady working there was taking in a PS4 console in trade and needed to test it. I totally understand it and I said no problem and I waited as she booted up the customers PS4 after it was on she looked for a game and put in Dragon Ball Fighter Z she then proceeded to test... still at this point I am very patient but after the game loaded and the controller was clearly working and the system was reading games she continued to play in vs mode for a good 5-7 minutes before I decided to leave and get back on the road .. I have know idea how much longer she took I do know that as I left a line had formed!

This tiny little store if filled with big smiles and happy employees!! These girls can answer any and all game related questions, as well as help you pick out the perfect gift for that hard to buy for person!! Misti is always so pleasant to talk to, and her manners prove that her parents raised her right!!Jade keeps us laughing with her quick wit and the best at knowing her Disney related game characters!!! I would recommend this store well above and beyond any other game store in town!!

Over the years my family and I have had many trips here. All good. Today we went in for Pokemon TCG, pretty good selection. Even the band new Meoth Vmax card pack.

The employs were very rude on the telephone about a question and i would not be helped or let me talk to a manager. When I asked for the managers name they would not tell me and hung up. I have spent a lot of money there but it is safe to say they have lost my business. I have lived in mtn home all my life and have never been treated with such disrespect at any place in town. I will be looking into this further to find out who actually runs the store and hope they will be more cooperative. I would recommend shopping at one of the other places in town they sell games.

Everyone there is very knowledgeable and very kind. The manager is always professional and takes time out of her busy day to make sure her customers are comfortable every time I walk in there. There are even times where the staff will just listen to your gamer stories and relate to you which is a super bonus. When game stop highers employees that care about games and care about customers theyre going to have great stores like this one.

When i bought items they were in perfect condition and they have great customer service.

Yesterday-Came into the store with my kids. They walked in front of the manager taking an IPad photo of a game shelf, she asks them rather rudely to get out of the picture because she cant have upper management knowing that she was doing whatever it was with customers in the store. After offering me $1.85 for three 360 games I wanted to trade in to get a game for my kiddos I decided to just pay cash because I will sell those games for a lot more at the game store down the street.Today-I have to go back in to exchange the game that I bought yesterday for my kids because it will not load correctly even after I clean the disc. I WAIT IN LINE FOR AT LEAST 45minutes while a guy in front of me trades in 2 game stations and a bunch of games. I would have been more understanding had the same manager not have been discussing how complicated her scheduling that she was creating, for the employee that trying to check out the customer with the game systems, the entire time. There was another register right in front of her, but she had repeatedly told the employee that she was making the schedule and wasnt really there, which I assume was for me and the other 2 guys behind me to hear. Sorry to say, I walked out. I feel sorry for those guys because they are probably still in line. Theres other places to go in town with better service and I consider this an expensive lesson but a good one, and will not even bother coming back to this place to return the game.......that is a very sad thing to say by the way. In retail a happy customer might tell one to two other people about the good service they had at an establishment, but an unhappy customer will tell the world of their mishappening. So here you go world.

This place is even cooler than when we moved here because now it is part ThinkGeek meaning they have a bunch of neat collectable nerdy merch. The employee that is always there is consistently friendly and helpful to my husband and I.

Always reliable i have called from Washington to have items held for my son and let them know when he will be there and they work with me EVERY time!!!! Im not sure how much the staff has changes since i was there last but the 2 female managers there are complete ROCK-STARS!!!!
