Just went in and only one employee was in a mask. Neither of them were wearing gloves. They were mixing ice creams by using their hands. One of them straight up wiped his snotty nose on his arm before using the cash register. The other continued to scoop ice cream after using her hands to pick up the ice cream she’d just dropped, without washing their hands. In fact neither one of them ever washed their hands during the entire thing. I was so grossed out I couldn’t even eat my ice cream. Do not go here. They are not sanitary.

Excellent customer service. My daughter cant have dairy and they actually had three delicious non dairy flavors. Bravo!!!

6 of us went to celebrate a birthday on August 12, of course ice cream was great and service was excellent. Some ordered sundaes but out of whip cream. Walmart half mile away, they sell whip cream. Should never be out of cream.

Clean, friendly staff and a great selection to chose from.

I am allergic to milk and they will wash the spoon but one day someone without a milk allergies asked for a non dairy icecream and they didnt wash the spoon. Before they put the spoon that they just got the milk icecream with. So when someone that doesnt have milk alergies gets non dairy icecream and they dont wash the spoon that has milk ice cream resadue on it. It is leaving milk resadue in the non dairy icecream.

Have never had any issues here. The staff are friendly and the service is quick.

It was really good, it was crowded inside a bit. The employees were really nice, and didnt seem upset that it was late at night.

Went into the Mountain Home Baskin Robbins and ordered a chocolate shake and a scoop of lemon custard. I got two runny shakes that looked like chocolate milk and lemon milk. I said they were runny but got a stare like I was rediculous! And I just wanted a scoop of lemon. I just walked out. Those kids need to be taught how to make shakes.

First of all the employees are amazing! They are very hard worker even when it’s extremely busy. Ice cream melts and get messy so it’s not a big deal for it to get on their shirts. Also on September 9th a couple came in ONE minute before they close and they were upset that by the time they were close and the worker couldn’t make a milkshake. The couple were being rude to the workers which the workers were very nice to them and apologized. Chrissy is a great worker as well and we enjoyed her serving us. My family and I love coming in and the employees deserve more respect.

Ice cream was delicious as always!! The hot fudge sundae was amazing and the take home pralines and cream have been just as delicious!! Staff was not friendly and seemed to be miserable!! Not one smile the entire time I was in there!!

The variety is amazing, the prices are good, the establishment is clean and the staff is super friendly! You can sample the flavors before committing, but theyre all delicious. I believe they have several sugar-free options, as well.

Kind to children and adults alike. It seems like the customers come in assault waves like troops invading a beach . No one in line and then four SUVs pull up in formation. All of a sudden its standing room only and 18 people who are narrowing down their choices a favorite 3. Sneeze shields flying open and ice cream scoops digging for the last portion of rocky road or mint chocolate chip. Surfing back and forth on a sea of indecision keeping more facts in their heads than race track bookies these builders of icecream skyscrapers dont miss a beat. Its a wonderful show folks.

There is no offensive music being played on an audio system.The prices are very reasonable. Oh, almost forgot about the ice cream cakes. They are much better than DQ or TCBY.I like that you can also buy some of their ice cream to take home

Nothing to brag about! Prices are way to high for what you get. I had a coupon for a dollar off and a small was the price of everyone elses large Mocha drink. It was okay, but nothing to write home about! I prefer Burger King or Dunkin Donuts. Even STARBUCKS was cheaper . . .just saying

My first time there it was very busy only one employee the young man was very good taking care of everyone, at times the line was out the door.
