Only gave five stars because there wasnt a way to award six! John and his crew hit every point that a home or business owner makes a priority: prompt, professional, fair and honest, and friendly installation with a great crew. I recommend John and Custom Glass enthusiastically and without reservation. We fully intend to use his services on our next glass-related project and urge you to do so also!

UPDATE 3/22/21. John and I have reached an acceptable resolution in this matter.Hired John Hogan, Custom Glass and Mirror to install four windows in my home. He came out promptly and submitted his estimate in a timely manner. I chose to go with his company even though his estimate was almost twice what 3 other companies submitted.Then the nightmare started. Took him over three months to order and receive the windows (after having to reorder them because the measurements were wrong). When he finally came out December 21st, (yes Christmas week) the installation was horrendous and unfinished. I had to hire another contractor, Mountain Home Painting, to finish the install, and rehang the blinds and window treatments. John has refused to make this right, and was very dismissive when I contacted him about the subpar job he did. Save your money, time, and stress and hire a competent contractor. I highly recommend Mountain Home Painting and Remodeling, you will not be disappointed.

I had Custom Glass cut me a mirror for a remodel job I was doing had it done in minutes. It was the perfect size and very good on the price Id recommend them to any body that wants honest, efficient and good work done. Custom Glass Is the best in the area no doubt about it.

John HOGAN (owner) visited our home and advised us on a replacement strategy for the cloudy and damaged aluminum frame windows (11) in our 40 year-old home. He recommended a window type and manufacturer and issued a cost estimate for the job. All happened on the timing and the money exactly as John predicted. He carried out all the delivery and installation work in a reliable manner and communicates immediately answering any questions and offering suggestions as needed. John always does what he says he will - and his team works professionally and courteously. Our job was complicated with another contractor who needed to enlarge an opening for a new window - and John patiently adjusted his schedule around the unreliable performance of the other contractor in order to get our job done. Custom Glass was hired to replace the glass that was fogged in every window in my home. The cost of new windows wasnt really a good option because of the nice wooden windows I already had. Custom Glass suggested new window panes and it was a great option!!! Now our windows are fog free and beautifully done.
