Dr. Barker is a great doctor. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He has helped my daughter immensely.

Hayden had surgery recently for adnoids and tonsils. He just got the all clear plus feels better. Dr. John is excellent.

Allergy dept is great! They are nice and you dont sit and wait no time. The two girls running it do a wonderful job!

My only experience with this dr was his rude office manager. I am fully Vaccinated and do not feel the need for a mask. That being said, i am always willing to comply. I was reminded i needed a mask and was told that they would provide one for .50 cents. I pointed out not all office staff was wearing mask. UPS delivery walked into the back without mask. The office manager started talking down to me saying she was tired of giving away masks free to people that didnt want to wear one. I would have. Ive heard Dr Neis is a good Dr. Ill never find out. I dont deal with rude people. I guess i was rude for asking her to change her tone with a patient.

Dr Paul Neis was incredibly kind, compassionate and caring when he took my case for neck surgery. He was thorough when explaining to me the surgery procedure and after care and took the time to answer all my questions. Dr John Neis saw me for post op follow up care and again, very kind and thorough. I have been nothing but impressed. I felt they genuinely cared about my well being through all of it. I highly recommend this office!

All of the staff at this office are extremely nice and helpful. Doctor John Neis is an excellent doctor.

Took a friend and her daughter there for a 2 oclock appointment. Got them there about 30 minutes early. The mom filled out her daughters paperwork and turned it in. We sat there as other patients were coming in. One of the other patients that arrived after us was talking about how nice it was that they could get them seen as soon as they called. We sat there as 2 oclock came and went just like several other patients that arrived after us. At 2:07 we were informed that they had overbooked and it would be a while before her daughter could be seen or they could reschedule her. Needless to say Im not happy. The way I see it is that this office owes me $50 for the almost hour of waiting, $25 for gas and wear on the vehicle and $250 for getting me angry for a total of $325. This happens a lot to people and the doctors think its ok. Well it is not. My time is just as valuable as any of these doctors and its rude to purposely waste my time.

I had a small tumor turned saliva stone. Dr. Neis and all involved were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely wonderful in everything they did. I highly recommend them.

My family is so grateful for Dr John Neis and the partnerships with the Baxter Regional network of doctors. In May 2018 my 69 year old mother thought she bit her cheek. It would not heal. During a routine check up on a Wednesday, she asked her PCP Dr Ezell to take a look. He immediately scheduled her an appt with Dr John Neis for the next day (Thursday). During the visit with Dr Neis a biopsy was completed. He explained detail treatment plans for both a negative and positive cancer result. He called as soon as he received the biopsy results to inform us that it was indeed cancerous and he would be setting up CT/PET scans. In addition, he spoke with a doctor at UAMS on her behalf. We had an appt in Little Rock on May 24th. My mother had surgery in June for Stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma. Without the quick action, follow up, knowledge and partnerships of Dr John Neis I am not sure where we would be. I am happy to say mom is feeling better each day. Great job Dr. John and Mountain Home ENT & Allergy!

Dr. Paul Neis performed a partial thyroidectomy on me in June 2018. I found the clinic staff to be very helpful and professional. Dr. Neis explained my condition and took the time to go over the surgery procedure in detail. I felt comfortable and confident with his ability and experience. My surgery went very well and I had no complications. Dr. Paul Neis also performed two surgeries on my daughter, once when she was 9 to remove her adenoids and a septoplasty when she was 16 with excellent results. We are very happy to have this clinic in our area with excellent providers, excellent nurses and office staff.
