They installed a new H&A unit in my home. I cannot say enough good things about the service. I was impressed with the work ethics of the crew. Everything happened on time and professionally. I was truly impressed.One thing I did notice that really impressed me was no one left for some equipment they didn’t have with them. They came, they did their job, they left.Also the new American Standard unit has saved us money already. Good Job! 👏👏👏

Laban came out because our unit was out of date and needed to be replaced. While he was under our house looking at duct repair he found some pipes that were leaking. Not only did he bring some fans to help dry it out but he also repaired them and didnt charge us for it! After he was finished assessing everything, he came in our home and gave us several different options for units that could be installed. In less than a week, he had our unit in and installation, repair and replacement of some old ducts took less than a day! All of his crew were polite, punctual and got the job done. I highly recommend them to everyone that even mentions the need for any HVAC work!

My air conditioner went out, my home was 90 degrees inside, my dogs were panting because of the heat. It was an awfully hot day and it wasnt going to get any better. I am new to this area and had no idea who to call. But I am so glad I called Miller Service. They took my call, I explained to them the issue, they said they would try and work me in. I had a doctors appt in morning and they worked around my schedule and showed up about 1:30pm. Laban and his grandson diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, bearings in the motor went out. Its a very old unit. Laban understood I was on a fixed income and he had some spare used parts that he thought would work, to save me money. (Now a days, what company really cares about saving a customer money?) The used parts worked, he cleaned my unit, added Freon and put everything back together and cleaned up within 45 minutes... I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill as it was reasonable and fair. From the start, when I first called, they were very professional, polite, empathetic to my situation and very very responsive. I will gladly call them for all of my HVAC work in the future. I thank you both and my dogs thank you.

Miller Service Company, was able to come to our home and identify the problem with our furnace. As it was 25 years old, it was not worth repairing, so Billy, their Technician suggested several types of furnaces. Also, as the air conditioning unit, was also 25 years old, we decided to replace it at the same time. Billy was very helpful, is describing the units. This was on Tuesday, January 14th. We told Billy to go ahead and order both units. On Thursday, January 16th,Billy and Zeke had our system up and running. I would HIGHLY recommend Miller Service Company. They were prompt, courteous, and gave us our options on equipment! Thanks again, for such GREAT service!

Repaired my Shop AC in short order. I thought the charges were very reasonable. Billy did the work. He was very conscientious. I would definitely recommend the company as far as the experience I had.

Great Company with great people. Laban and his guys are top notch and respond very quickly and are very helpful.

Billy responded to a call for an estimate for a Daikin single zone mini split heat pump. Hearrived when promised and didnt just give an estimate but a Miller Service Company written quote. Although they were not the lowest price their professionalism in presenting this quote got them the order. When I notified Laban they got the job he came out and picked up the signed contractthat day. He mentioned he would try to get delivery from his supplier for the following day. He did and set up installation for late morning the next day. Billy and Zeke showed up about 11:30 and got to Workin a very professional manner and were finished by 3:30. All trash was removed from the site and the install looks and works great. All piping and wiring is covered and the outside unit is on a wall mount bracket. Its been almost two weeks and the units are very quiet even if the power function is turned on. They recommended the correct size unit for the shop and being an inverter model it runs itself in the lowest power consuming mode to keep the shop warm. 70°f. Oh yes, and they provided a 2 year labor warranty where everyone else stayed with the 1 year mfgr labor warranty. Overall a great place to do business!
