Sales person was great. Delivery was great. 1 side of the bed stops working the next day, not so great. Told to deal with the manufacturer. Nice considering it was the second bed I had purchased in the last 6 months.Nice to see your reply after a week and your employee to tell me to take care of it myself. I finally reached the manufacturer and have set up the service. With no help from you

Sleep mart is a real jewel in Mt Home. The staff there was amazing. They listened to my friend when she went to buy her husband a new bed. He has back issues and as she talked they were able to make good solid suggestions for a bed that would help her husband get a more comfortable sleep. They also pointed out that they strive to sell products that are made in the USA. I highly recommend Sleep mart and look forward to shopping there again!

-Initial visit was informational by Chuck.-No one on my lunch break available at the desk for 15mins, once a line started I had to call the store itself for someone to walk out and see we were there.-Two people, man & women delivering bed had no ounce of customer service, stunk of cigarette smoke, complained when I told them a baby was sleeping and complained about the “wall arrangements” in the house. It’s your job, just do it & with a smile.-Spent $3500 and the “free” sheets don’t even fit the bed.

We purchased a glider bed with special mattress and cover for my husband who had a stroke. The mattress cover was no protection at all since day one. He has some trouble with incontinence and has had a couple accidents. It went right through the mattress protector which was no protectotection at all. The guy in the store ask me if I took a picture of the bed with cover on it. I thought how ridiculous! I am now going to the manufacturer and the family owner at the top. We paid 3000.00 for this and now have trash.
