Excellent, family-run party/costume/toy store! We dropped in for Halloween costumes and the store was super well stocked, with helpful staff and great selection. I would definitely come back for any future party/costume needs.

I have been a customer of this Diddams for over 10 years! Need some balloons for Halloween, they where out of orange, black. I purchased a yellow balloon for $4.99. Decided to go to Party City in San Jose. Very surprised that for the same balloon, Party City charged Only $1.50 each!Diddams is way over priced.Best to drive the extra 4 miles!Customer No More!

Diddams did a fantastic job on a balloon arch for our 2021 graduation celebration at Fusion Academy, Palo Alto. Delivery was right on time, balloons were exactly as requested, and Felipe was wonderful to work with. Our admin team is pictured here under the arch. When returning the metal supports/stands to Diddams, I was treated with great care and kindness by the whole staff. This was beyond worth the price, and I couldnt imagine a better experience. Graduates and their families loved taking pictures in front of the arch. Go with Diddams for balloons!

The staff was so fast and friendly! I was in a rush to get these balloons for a surprise and they got them blown up super fast for me! The store has a bunch of great selections too!

Okay I love going to Diddams. Its so overwhelming that I want to have a party right there! They have everything so I can have trouble finding things but the staff always are helpful and they always have just what I came in to find.

They have so many items to choose from for parties. We were looking for a princess crown for a little girl and the sales woman was very helpful.

For your party needs, any occasions or anything under the sun, this place is paradise. A lot to choose from, great stuffs, pricey though. They also have costumes for any events, everything is in here in one store! Well organised, neat and all nice things around for your festivities all year round.Friendly staffs, they can answer any of your queries for what you’re looking for. Parking is not a problem, it’s in an open plaza mall. I’ll definitely recommend this special party store.

I drive past this all the time and have never been in. It is massive!!! It has literally everything you could need for a party from decorations to gifts for kids.of all ages, and now there are tons of costumes as they prep for Halloween. Ill be going here for all my party needs from now on.

Diddams always comes through for me. I was looking for light up Christmas necklaces to give as gifts prior to a zoom party. They had the longer nicer ones for 5.99 but also had shorter ones for 2.99. Price was great since I wanted 30 necklaces.

I love shopping at Diddams! Their staff is always so helpful and their selection of toys and party supplies is unbeatable. I can always find unique gifts there. Great kids books also and it’s absolutely the best place to get balloon displays! My 90 year olds father was so thrilled with his birthday balloon tower (which he kept in his home for weeks!) that he insisted on getting one for his buddy’s 100th birthday party.

I was able to find everything I needed. The persons working there are nice and let you know how to take care of Mylar balloons for example, I was planning to leave them in the car while I run some errands and even before telling the clerk my plan she suggested not to leave them in the car at all otherwise they will loose air.

I came here specifically for the Sanrio/Hello Kitty section and it did not disappoint. They have a great variety of small gifts and collectibles to choose from.

The staff is snippy and rude on the phone. Once in the store they lose my receipt from my pre-paid order and are rude about getting me another one. While I was in the store the staff was doing a good job making the customers feel uncomfortable and not wanted in the store.

Large party store with a wide variety of supplies. They have an excellent costume selection year round. They have a wide variety of decor, games and gifts for themed parties. They even have a section full of kids games, puzzles and toys. I would highly recommend this place for all of your party, wedding and costume needs.

The balloons they inflated went flat in an hour. And their prices are astronomical! Never again. I guess they jacked up prices because other party places closed down due to virus

I live nearby, sometimes walk my dog in front of the store, sometimes drop in. Its a huge place with lots of various stuff to browse through, and I kinda love the atmosphere. You really should see them on Halloween.

So far so good. I didnt have a chance to walk around the whole store and check everything out but from what I saw it sure looked like they have an amazing selection of items. I specifically came here to purchase stickers. Diddams did not disappoint. Their price point for the same brand of package stickersSticko that Michaels and Joann Fabrics carries are way cheaper. They also carry old-school Mrs. Grossmans stickers on the roll. That brought me such joy seeing that. I grew up in the 80s and those were all the rage back then. They are a higher price point and a bit expensive but worth the nostalgia. Great toy selection- better than the San Mateo Location. Friendly service.

My kids go here to get thank you gifts for their birthday parties. We also buy too many gift bags then recycle them and regret it because we have to come back for more. But Ive never heard a word of scorn from Diddams employees about that so theyre a real classy bunch.

This is the best party store I know of. They have everything from party goods, paper plates, cups, balloons and decorations to costumes for kids and adults for any occasion. The employees are helpful if you ask them. You can wander for hours in this place because it is a big store. Parking is free

They have a ton of balloon options, many of them really fun. The balloons were ready when we picked them up. Alhough they inflated a 2 instead of a 5, they fixed it quickly.The post holiday sales are also always good, but you need to go there the morning after to get anything decent.

There used to be a wide selection of themed birthday decorations. Theres a huge reduction on inventory. I do however, love that they provide banner & t-shirt printing services. I ordered a last minute banner and was very pleased with the quality of their products and services.

We found everything we went for. It was well stocked and the staff were very helpful. My brother ordered helium baloons to go. One popped in the car park because the car was hot.

Regarding balloon order: Take a picture of what your order is, esp if it is from a floor display. Then compare it to what you are picking up. I realize after I got home that my big balloon bouquet ($30) was missing the huge ribbons. I was too busy preparing for the party to double check the floor photo Id taken, and only managed to call two days later. They said that the order was correct - it didnt include the ribbon, that I should have told the lady who took my order, and also that when I pick up and I dont say anything right away, then it is as-is. Of course when I paid for my order and said I wanted a copy of this particular one on the floor, Id expected it to be a replica. Basically I was told there is no recourse, and I called too late. They were much nicer when I was inquiring about balloons, and when I was placing the order. Not so friendly on pick up and definitely not friendly when I complained.

I had to buy 3 balloons to celebrate a 100th birthday. Single balloons available to 90. So Sad

Went here for Halloween costumes. Pretty overpriced, but thats to be expected a week before Halloween. I didnt expect my stuff to be almost 3x Amazon for the exact same costume. Also, it seems like they have a lot of knock-off or just-barely-passed-qa stuff here - I wouldnt be surprised if they got all the rejects.That said, the staff is friendly and helpful and they have a good selection.

Lovely collection but poor service at the balloon section. Extremely rude and curt. Seems like they are doing you a favor. Been a regular here but will take my business elsewhere next time.

This is 2018 and this store has a horrible return policy. I purchased some items that were not satisfactory and they refused a refund or to issue store credit for me and this was after I spoke to 3 Diddams representatives on May 10, 2018 at 5pm. Stores like Target, will at least issue store credit for returns that are unopened and resellable. I encourage Diddams to rethink their return policy or they may not be in business for very much longer. Take care of your customers and they will come back. Keep this up and your location will make a very nice spot for luxury apartments on El Camino!

OMG! This place is overwhelming, in a good way. There are so many things to choose from: Plates and cutlery in every imaginable color, party accessories and.decorations for every occasion and a balloon station where they can do anything you want.

Have been here to get birthday party stuff. Prices were neither high nor cheap. Worth visiting once.

My go to stop for costume and party supplies in the South Bay. The parking lot is small and around holidays (especially Halloween) it can be hard to get into and out of. Prices are decent and the stores selection of party supplies is more than sufficient for most entertaining needs.

Theyll have roughly what you need. And a bunch of stuff you dont need. They also have a surpsingly extensive selection of toys.

This is a good party store with a big selection. They also carry costumes, but I havent really shopped in that section. My only complaint is that it always smells like industrial cleaner in the store. It starts to burn my eyes after too long.

But youll be in and out so it wont bother most.They have balloons and all the party supplies you can imagine.Everything is a bit pricey though so be prepared for the ticket shock for those costumes they have. My son bought me some balloons for my 64th birthday and the minute he took them out of the house the big (expensive one) flew away . I called the store and the clerk said we could come back but it was Sunday after the party and we dont live in the town so the clerk said, Well that sometimes happens. One place for all party needs. Get instant helium baloons of various kinds. Had even once placed order over phone for a baby shower baloon. Staff seem neither happy nor angry, would probably even more light up the place with a smile on face. Easy parking as its part of a strip mall.

Great store for party needs. We went for piñatas and they have a very large selections scattered around the store. They also have helium, balloons, bulk candy, costumes, decorations and more. Great one stop shop. The only complaint I have is that there piñatas were to commercial. They were almost always related to some childrens show.

The place turns into a Halloween shop with all costumes and masks. It was OK, but we still liked the shop on the other side of El Camino much more and ultimately purchased the constume for our son there.

It’s a nice store! A little overwhelming as they carry a nice variety or costumes, wigs, toys and party supplies. It’s a little overpriced comparing prices to Walmart or target it’s double! Unfortunately, they are outdated was looking for fun plates for boys birthday and unfortunately, couldn’t find anything like PJ Mask or Incredibles.
