Wow can’t believe your company is still at it. They moved from Washington after so many complaints they had to shut down for stealing deposits and not honoring failed battery packs. You ever honor your word? Spoke to you on the phone and you promised us a new pack only to close doors and set up again in California...!!!UNREAL ... I have a list of people you burnt I’m gonna reignite if you don’t refund our money!

Out refurbished battery pack burnt up after only 4 months. Called and asked for help and had to buy a new one. They wont honor their 1 year unlimited mile warranty.

Buyer BEWARE...these batteries fail after a very short time as they are NOT properly rebuilt or balanced!!! These guys will lie, cheat and steal for your money then not honor your written warranty or spoken word. Your gave me your word youd honor your failed pack and then moved, played low for a year or two then spring up in California hoping no one would remember? Didnt even change your name and logo!!! That said they would replace my battery pack that exploded with my kids in the car, only to not return calls, change phone numbers and change locations after too many complaints acculminate. You wont last in California either if you run like you did from location to location. You owe me over $2600 for my failed battery packs and I wont play silent victim. Refund my $ and Ill remove this POST. Everyone makes mistakes, were human, not everyone burns people, profit from it only to move and burn more people without consequences!!!
