Used them for years for everything from mirrors to glass tabletops. We live in the neighborhood since 1991. The last oder was for night stand covers and there was some misunderstanding about the size of the glass. They took care of the problem and re-did the order free of charge. Great customer care! Definitely will use them again.

Fast service. They tooke good precautions against the Covid-19. We completed most of the transaction over the phone and got our custom made glass shortly after arriving at the store.

Bought a large but relatively simple mirror from them this week. Everything went smoothly. Price compared to a couple of online mirror companies and Franciscan was approximately 25-50% less expensive. The quote to install did feel high and so I elected to do it myself.

I bought a mirror from this business. Really good service and very reasonable prices. My only down point was that they dont deliver so I had to rent a truck to pick up a very big mirror. If they would provide that service they would have gotten 5 stars. Consider the extra cost for a truck if you dont have one.

They had what I needed - glazing tape, and are business like.

This company is the greatest. Honorable and live up to their reputation. Not only do they have great products and beautiful glass, We had an unfortunate incident where the glass was blemished at the factory. They replaced it free of charge no questions asked!!!!

They have always been fast, nice, and helpful regardless of whether I was buying a few dollars worth of stained glass stuff or a few hundred. Theyve helped me some special orders as well.

Went in to see if they sell glass cut to size. They did! The gal at the front was prompt and so was the service. 5 stars for great service! Would come here again.

Our glass shower enclosure needed a door adjustment and guard. The technician was on time and did a great job. Our experience through the years 15+ has been excellent.

Does not follow-up on email. I went there to ask see some examples (a) Rude at the front desk because she did not like my handwriting. (b) not interest in show me anything (c) took my measurement and it has been weeks and still not follow-up. Wish I could give them less than one star just for being so rude.
