Worst owner, management, personality, service I had ever experienced.After four months of paying over $400 for custom insoles and orthopedic shoes, and after calling week after week I never received any of the products. They never followed up and update on the status. Very unprofessional, and they claim they have been doing this for over 37 years, but its over 37 years of bad service. Just look at the other reviews. Do not go to this place, they do not deserve to be in business. Problem is they think they have great service. I would have given them zero if I could.

Christopher and this store has got to be the worse experience ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes that do not fit and I returned them. Christopher claimed that I had only returned 1 pair. I got credit for 1 pair and over 5 weeks with daily phone calls to him I have not received the credit for nearly $200. I was fit with a shoe that he created with custom orthotics which took about 6 weeks and cost nearly $800.00 to get and they not fit correctly, they are too short. He never measured my foot. I made 1 more call today and he told me that he would not talk to me any longer as he could make no promises when I could get my credit back. I have never been treated so poorly. I am going to to the Better Business Bureau and Department of Consumer Affairs to try and get this problem solved.

Shiri is a God send! He knew exactly what my feet were going through and gave me the best service I needed when my posture and feet were so sorely off! Now I can walk straight and jump high due to his knowledge and experienced expertise.

This place doesnt even deserve a one star!! Christopher does not know how to communicate with customers nor make them feel comfortable. He is rude and dishonest ! I was helping my grandfather get his orthopedic shoes and he made this process very difficult. He would call and tell us the shoes are ready, when my grandfather (an 88-year-old man) would show up at the store, Christopher would say he never called and the shoes arent ready. Very sad how he mistreats elderly people. Last encounter I had with him was when he tried to convince us my grandfather picked up his shoes, when in fact he never received them.

Terrible customer service. They make promised they cant keep and dont inform their customers adequately.I needed shoes for a trip that I was taking. I have then the time frame and was told repeatedly that they would arrive. I was not informed when they were delayed and then when I did find out, they kept telling me the shoes would come tomorrow. On the last day I had to take time off work to see if they had arrived. The site was closed with no explanation. When someone showed up almost a half hour later, the shoes were NOT there! I had to get refund and start over from scratch. Do NOT trust them.
