We had our daughters 11th birthday party there and it was an amazing success. John, the coach was fantastic! None of the children had any experience with archery. I wasnt sure how the children would like it but they all had fun, felt successful, and learned a new skill. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the scheduling was pretty painless. I would highly recommend this as a party activity. My 11 year old and her friends would highly recommend this as well. (it was after all her idea)!

I recently took a class with John and loved every single second of it! This was something Ive been wanting to do for YEARS and finally decided to go for it. Im so glad I did.John was patient, informative, funny and moved quickly enough that there were no lulls in class. He even spent a little more time with our class to make sure we all had enough opportunity to take plenty of shots.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is curious about archery! I plan on returning for more of my own lessons and have been telling friends about it. All good things here!

We went there as a group of 28 people from my work place. The activities were all fun except for one of the instructor who treated everyone like a children, shouting at us and throwing anger with his looks. I understand how hard it is to control a big group but never experienced such a negative environment at a fun activity.Prices are good and the facility is well equipped.

I booked archery tag here and was blown away by the entire experience. John the owner was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining how to operate the gear and rules even with our groups many stupid and obvious questions. John made the entire booking and payment process easy and painless. I would highly recommend this place for archery tag for any age.

I have been shooting here for roughly 9 weeks now. The staff is great, and I have recently started attending the open sessions to work on my skills outside of the class. The classes have moved at a nice pace and I foresee this being a long time hobby for myself and my wife.

2 friends1 review1.0 star rating 8/4/2017I was having a team event here. Generally speaking, it was fun to play with my colleagues and friends. However, several observations:1. The room is too small and not well setup at all. Hopefully thats something could be improved.2. The instructor (Mike? Sorry I got a bad memory for peoples names) was super rude and bad-behaved. I read some review said He may come off sounding like a a-hole, but he has to make sure you and everyone else in there is safe.. But the truth is even he was being jerk all the time, people still got hurt in the field and that was actually not the bad thing. I was sitting off the field and almost got hit by arrows couple of times, which kind of gave me the feeling that room is too small. The instructor overall behaved like he was the king in his turf, giving you hard time when raise questions, criticizing you for what you did not do and you cannot argue because of the rule.If you are well knowledgeable about archery then this place might be a fit, I dont know. But I do know if you and your friends want to have some fun, definitely DO NOT go to this place. This will ruin your day.

We had an Archery Tag event at their facility. The instructor wasnt very good explaining/practicing how to use a bow and arrow which most of us hadnt used before. The room was small and not well set up for such an event (fluorescent lights exposed that we were warned not to hit as it would cause a 1 hour evacuation, the team space wasnt evenly divided requiring constant warnings not to cross a specific line for one team). The instructor was very bad at giving specific feedback to individuals just shouting remarks in general, leading people to miss his timeout signal as it sounded like just another comment. The instructor had very little charisma and felt more like a frustrated PE teacher, than somebody facilitating a fun team event. The only good part to come of this event is that a bunch of us bonded over drinks afterwards describing how bad the experience was.

Bought a couple of groupons for a group of 4 kids 8 and 9 years old. They were beyond excited to get a lesson and were going in with quite a bit of enthusiasm. I will say about 15 minutes in I was tempted to leave. The instructor, John, was intense and barked a laundry list of instructions that I was sure the kids could not follow. Every time they tried to do anything they would get commands and corrections thrown at them. I could see the group red faced, nervous and fidgety. Two of them looked close to tears at the beginning but I held back. I watched. What I saw over that hour was confidence build and as they settled in the instructor would joke and chuckle. They were learning his method and embracing the challenge. When they hit a bullseye they were ecstatic. They left feeling empowered, holding their targets. On the drive home my 8 year old asked if he could use his money from a relative to take another lesson with the same instructor. His siblings agreed and they all felt like they had learned alot over that hour. I see a number of negative reviews for this instructor and I certainly can see why. However, I feel pretty confident that the next time they step onto an archery range they will know to keep their bow upright, not to grab the arrow by the nock, how to stand, and will increase their ability to bundle their shots. If you are sensitive and are not comfortable with traditional coaching styles, go for a different instructor. He definitely is not for the faint of heart. John is rough around the edges and gruff for sure. I left feeling like he knows his stuff and has a wealth of knowledge to pass on. If you have grit and a teflon coating, then John is great. My kids were not scarred and are still talking about the hour. They cannot wait for dad to get home so he can see their targets.

The employee who took our registration and taught the introductory class clearly doesnt enjoy his job. He was rude, impatient, condescending and short with me and the students. Some of the students are as young as eight or nine years old and he became frustrated when they didnt understand what a 45 degree angle looked like. Maybe he teaches an adult class and is better at that, because working with kids is not his jam.

Went for an archery tag team event. The instructor was rude and made you feel bad if you asked questions. He acted like he was a drill sergeant, but we were just there to have a good time. Also, the room is too small and people waiting for the next round had to sit in the back so if you aimed wrong you might hit them. There needs to be a larger room with some separation between players and non-players.

We scheduled a 1 hour intro to archery using a Groupon. The instructor was super helpful and we learned a lot. Our continuing interest in archery is due in part to how much we enjoyed this class.
