I love this Mountlake Terrace store, and go out of my way to drive from Seattle to purchase from this store. Keith answered the phone (the first way to get my business) and was extremely helpful. Matthew worked with me to complete my purchase. These folks listen to you, they want to understand your needs, and they dont talk down to you. No pressure on an upsell, and no feeling like youve been fleeced when you make a purchase. Full explanation of policies and all questions addressed completely. Ill continue to go out of my way for this type of service and customer care.

Even a 140-pound marine battery!Really, Pacific Power has them all. Kind of a fun store to shop in as you are likely to find something you never knew existed, but buy it on impulse because it makes perfect sense to have at home or in the car.

Good place to get batteries

The guy working behind the counter was awesome and tried to be as helpful as anyone could be. In the end they did not have the battery I was after at this location, but I will go back as I have more battery needs.
