I used to work for them. And one job the salemans measured wrong and all of the sash replacement kits were 3/4 too small. So when you would pop out the top window to clean it would fall out of the house. All 13 were wrong and the owners didnt want us to fix them just cover it up. They only want your money and dont care at all about the installation or what it looks like on your house. Evens if its leaks they wont fix it.

For the past 15 years we have been renovating our 1950’s bungalow and I have always wanted to create a fabulous outdoors space to entertain our guests but have never gotten around to it. I saw Northwest Window and Door (Sunrooms Northwest is there Sunroom/Deck Division) at Sam’s Club advertising pergolas and sunrooms and asked to have them come to my house to give me pricing. I could not be happier with the final result! We had them install a new deck and gorgeous glass patio cover. The glass patio cover lets in so much light into my kitchen and is even pretty when it is raining. I can’t wait to sit out on my deck this summer with a glass of wine and enjoy my new backyard. Thank you to everyone who worked on our project. Great job all around!

I have used NW Window and Door twice. The first time was about 2000 when I had a large installation done of about 22 windows, and they did a fair job. The crew was decent. In 2004, I had another home done and I felt sorry for the project manager. They sent him out without any wood to trim my windows. He said that the shop would send the wood out to him, but when I got home that day, my windows ended up getting trimmed out with broken and snapped pieces of wood. When I called the owner, he yelled at ME and said he would do nothing about it. It took me a month of evenings and weekends to caulk and paint to try and make it look decent.Flash forward to March 2013.... One of the windows from the first installation had a seal fail and moisture was getting in. I called and spoke to the owner to request warranty service. He said there was nothing he would do about it, and that he did not keep records of his installations. He gave me numbers of several window manufacturers so that I had to call around and try and find out what type of windows I had. Jeesh! If this is the type of customer service you like, you will get it! I have had much better quality and customer service from Keystone Windows and Doors and Pella Windows out of Bellevue.

We are so extremely disappointed in the service (lack of service) we received from NW Windows and Doors in December 2012. From the moment the installers came to the final end of the project, we were wishing wed used a different company. 5 minutes after the installers arrived (late and without a phone call) they began complaining that they were not told how many windows and doors were to be installed. I guess they hoped it would be a short day and forgot to look at their manifest. They complained about their company, the work they were doing on our house, and the installation process and used inappropriate language around me, a client! They could not finish the job in one day and would have to return and complained about that also! There was no communication between the installers, the company, and us. We had no idea when they would be back out until they showed up at the door. A window was broken during the installation process, we had to call to remind them to order a new one when we hadnt heard from them for 2 weeks. One of the doors had a manufactures defect, the installers decided to install it anyway rather than get the part to fix it before installation and told me that it was MY responsibility to call Milgard to get it fixed because it was a manufactures defect. The Milgard installer told me that it should have been an easy fix and that window companies always have the part in stock. One month after the initial start date the installation is complete. Weve called the sales person to let him know were unhappy, but have yet to hear from the company at all! This is the short version of the story!
