I had been on the hunt for an exact kind of screw and visited all the big box stores to no avail. I spoke with Nick and he let me know that—even though they were closed to the public during Covid-19—someone could meet me in the parking lot and help me out. Moments later, I was leaving with the three screws I needed and they wouldnt even accept payment. I know this was probably no big deal to them, but they helped me out big time and I want the rest of you to know you should check with Fastenal first for any future commercial/personal supply needs. Thank you for the great service—no matter how small my need was to you. You guys have a customer for life!
