So I heard amazing reviews for the bakery at this Safeway to make beautiful cakes and all sorts of stuff so I came here to place an order for cupcakes for my baby shower. I placed the order a week in advance. I told them my baby shower theme was “little cutie” like the oranges. I had a few specifics I wanted like half chocolate, half vanilla cupcakes and light orange frosting on the chocolate, and then asked them to be creative as I’ve heard stellar reviews and trusted they could make them look cute! Well when I picked them up they did not look creative or really good at all. The orange frosting on the chocolate cupcakes was neon orange, they looked more like Halloween cupcakes. And they were so plain looking. I was really looking forward to cute creative little cutie themed cupcakes for my baby shower. And then it seemed like they frosted the cupcakes while they were still hot because when I got home from picking them up, all the frosting had slid off of the cupcakes so we had to fix them. I would post a picture if it allowed me to. Anyways we were able to add our own sprinkles and last minute designs to them at home so they look way better. But very disappointed and not worth the money.

Calling in for an MMR vaccine information and the staff answering the my phone call was very rude. I understand they (a female voice) don’t have a computer to access their store website to help customer navigate through the process of scheduling an appointment, but they repeatedly said “I don’t have a computer here so I don’t know what you want me to do”, raising their voice which very unpleasant to hear. Customer wants information and supportive attitude. Pharmacy staff, please improve your customer service skills!

Love that this location doesnt have a ton of other stores around it. The managers Ryan Smith and the middle aged woman with stark blonde straight hair that she usually wears up who is usually up at the self check out are amazing. Always helpful and whenever I see them theyre always in the middle of working hard or helping someone. They always have a cheerful tone and seem eager to help. I also like that I can always find what Im looking for with ease.

Generally I like Safeway products and out of all the grocery chains they seem to be open the latest. pretty comparable prices for the most part provided you have a phonenumber to enter for club prices ..Safeway is a good option in my book

Usually a great place until I saw one of the managers not wearing a mask multiple times. Now I dont go there because if the manager thinks thats okay who knows what actually goes on there when nobody is watching.Edit: this was long before any new mandates and masks were required at this point in time. Also, the new policy doesnt account for covid variants that the vaccine may not work on because theyre new. Good thing I stopped going there!

St first everyone was kind and non judgemental but soon after my purchase..when leaving..in the parking lot..the colored tall cart returner was noticed for over 35 seconds ina row staring dead atmy moving vehicle...yes 35 seconds i was wondering why he hadnt choose to look elsewhere so i asked him..just looking around he says...

There was only one register working and like 8 customers staying in the line. Self check out was closed. I saw a bunch of workers chatting with each other and doing nothing to resolve the situation

The store is having a facelift... crazy to think how long ago it was when they built an finally opened this store. Yeah its really true, time seems to pass surprisingly fast now doesnt it? Anyways, now I made myself feel old. Haha. Not very funny...Getting off track here... yea wel first off I didnt go thru the entire store. I only made it thru the bakery, produce, an deli areas, an then I did the u-scan line an checked myself out ... which that managed to go surprisingly smooth. Spent more $$ than I originally intended, but that is why you dont go grocery shopping when you are hungry an possibly have the munchies... dont recommend it. 🖖Everything was clean an seemed to be well stocked with the areas of the store mentioned. Not may people working, I only saw 2 employees, one at u-scan an one at regular check out stand. Easy in easy out, got what I needed an didnt have any issues. All was good here at Albertsons

Carina in the bakery is an allstar! She made me the most beautiful cake! Exactly what I wanted, no problem. She bent over backwards and went above and beyond her job to make me happy. Thank you so much Carina!

Will not return. Horrible customer service. Stood in line as the cashier had a conversation as the line grew to 12 people. She called a mgr not to alleviate the line but to approve a discount. The mgr was about to walk away when he noticed the long line. Instead of pulling the first person waiting which was me, he pulled another cust and my cashier continued to have her conversation not caring that people were waiting in line. People behind me left the store with thier purchases while I waited. when I mentioned it to the cashier, she took on a superior attitude and handed me my receipt like I was filth. Disapppointing.

I love how they are handling the coronavirus. Having an employee wipe down the carts and baskets as you walk in. There does need to be more wipes for customers to wipe down carts/baskets when the employees are not available. Great, clean, & well staffed store.

My husband and I went here to get some last minute groceries on Christmas and had a great experience. The staff worker in the meat market (Kashus) was super friendly and helpful!!! We are just visiting from out of town and we’re very impressed.

What a delicious restaurant. The filet mignon Paris Burger/Sandwich was very Juicy and Tender. The staff where friendly and gave us good recomondations of what other places to see in the city. The decor is dim and intimate. I will return if only for there wonderful Burgers.

Excellent customer service at Self Checkout from Jo, the most professional employee they have. Even at night when shorter staffed she offers help to car, as well as helps w/bagging. Without her store would be in sad shape.

Always clean store, with great produce, meat and seafood. They also have a better deli that other stores in the area. Best curbside pickup of any Ive tried in the area. About tied with Kirkland Whole Foods for that service. Helpful and engaging staff too.

There chicken Mondays are great chicken always superb I have gone to other safe ways on there for their chicken and they do not change their oil very often but this safe way does very very very good

This is my Home Store so I have a pretty easy time around in here and figuring out what is what, and where in the Store it is.

Very disappointed in such pure disrespect shown by an employee for grabbing a cart late in my shopping trip cause I was unable to carry the couple of racks of sodas I was going to buy due to the sale I forgot about!!!

Sure has gone down hill since it was Albertsons. I hear they are using automated ordering now. That explains the empty shelves. Even the employees dont try to blame it on covid. So we know its corporate! Maybe fire corporate?

Their online delivery service is terrible, if you call to discuss concerns make sure you have an hour to wait on hold. In store shopping is a joke, they have more baggers then cashiers. Safeway please evolve, only elderly want baggers and help to their car: If you want to continue this my advice is offer from 7am to 1pm, then your baggers become cashiers. Cross train and grow your young employees.

Always a good place

I give zero stars for the customer service. Self checkout...paid attention to other customers that were after us, buying alcohol and needed approval, finally she came over after I said excuse me mamm she had an excuse..I said I dont care she said excuse me....I said I dont f...ing care! She threatent to kick me out of the store because she has worked there for 20 years and told me you need to be the solution, not the problem then flipped me off....I was sad when this turned from an Albertsons to a Safeway....thought..I will give them a chance...If this is what your customer service is....I am done with you Safeway!

Employees are not helpful or friendly. Many items did not have prices posted. I live close to the store but typically drive right by. For the most part I would rather drive farther than shop at Safeway.

I always feel safe, shopping at Safeway. The restrooms were really nice and clean. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I felt like a really good vibe, like I almost always do. Thank you to everyone on the team that is a part of the fantastic shopping experience!

Collection took a little longer than usual but always super nice staff and they walk you through any substitutions over the phone. Minor changes and they generally have less omissions than Fred Meyer

Live close so shop there often out of convenience but the customer service is shotty to be honest. There are few cashiers that even smile let alone offer assistance or ask if you found everything. Many times Ive completed my entire shopping trip with my children being children and asking ransome silly questions or simply offering a friendly hello and often times blatantly ignored. Although sadly it seems this is the new world of customer service because this safeway is not even one of the top places Ive shopped at with poor customer service that has completely shocked me especially in Lynnwood

Hate the parking lot. Checking out takes a while

If I were shopping for anything other than Instacart I would have left within the first 5 min. The staff is rude and seems to know nothing about the store. My worst was dealing with the deli. I eventually had to walk away and let my boyfriend deal with the blonde woman that continued to be even more rude with him. She had no interest in helping us in any way just being completely rude. In the produce section I asked 2 people where pistachios were and telling me that the ones in front of me were the smallest size made. (We buy them regularly and know that is not the case.) He then went back to doing his best to ignore me clearly irritated that I had interrupted him. When I went back to tell the deli that we needed different sliced turkey because we got a message from one of our Instacart clients, the woman threw what she had started angrily against the wall and snarled something inaudible and then wonderful. So this is 3 interactions where people clearly didnt want to deal with or help me before I made it past the first section of ths store. I am a regular Safeway shopper myself but I definitely wouldnt shop there on my own. Also we as Instacart are doing a service that keeps those workers exposure down. Im (usually) 1 shopper to what is often 3 households. This lowers other front line workers exposure and also keeps the traffic in you lanes and everything else allowing you to service more families while keeping within the allowed capacity at this time. I will say that we did at least get to end with a very lovely checker that was named Dao and that at least lightened the mood between us, until we saw the pistachios that they didnt make.

Very nice store! Vince in the deli was very friendly and helpful! Went and picked up some Chinese food at the deli. It was really good! Definitely my go to grocery store from now on!

Always a good place to shop. Nice costumer service and they will keep everything sanitized, so you will feel safe while shopping and 6ft distance and mask are required while in there.

I would have to say this is my favorite Albertsons I go there several times a week the convenience of a quick shop is definitely easy. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. The store is always neat and organized. I would have to say the best part is the cashiers and their humerus in the best way. They are surely people oriented. This place I would recommend to anyone or should I say everyone. You could even say that its cozy there.

They dont have paper bags anymore.

Big grocery store! Right on the freeway exit/entrance ramps, you can get in and out and back on the road quickly! Nice size deli plus huge produce section. They also have a pharmacy that is open late for those last minute refills. Usually really busy! They have extended parking for big rigs and trailers.

I grew up in Port Angeles, WA and you either shopped at Safeway...or the Albertson almost directly accross Lincoln Street from each other! Now...the best of both worlds! You can have your Safeway Signature Mild Salsa Rojas or Albertsons yummy 8piece fried or baked chicken....without having to wear a disquise! I especially like the MLT location on 44th & 212th. Great staff!

Great cashier there, she always makes me feel welcome even when I have coupons or questions. Love the layout and all of the fresh produce and meats. One of my favorite stores to shop in for groceries if I am in that area. I grocery shop with friends so we can take advantage of quantity sales and we shop in different locations depending on who is hosting. Love this store.

Asked for chow mein noodles with my chicken, specifically asked the employee to mix it up since the top layer of noodles were extremely dry. So what does he do? He takes the top part, sets it aside, mixes that up, and then puts it in my container. I ask him to please give me the more moist and appetizing looking noodles and he refused. What terribke customer service. That little punk should be fired

Great Staff, friendly, quick, efficient, as well as knowledgeable about the products they carry.The employees have an abundant amount of patience in regard to the current switchover from an Albertsons to a Safeway. The name and ownership change is also accompanied by a three month complete rennovation and rebuild of the store. Considering the construction at hand, I rate this store a 5 star in regard to employees, but only a 4 star in consistent, fully stocked product. I asked you to look change after this construction is done, at which then I would probably find myself reading this new Safeway with a 5 star.

I love this Albertsons! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I miss the old crew that worked in the deli. They were the best! The prices here are amazing and the food is good. Produce is always flowing with fruits and veggies and they always have hot French bread although last couple days I couldn’t find any hot ones. 🤷🏻‍♂️🗒✍🏽Still love this Albertsons..

I love this store. here are a few dontreasons why. I dont remember her name, but she rocks. She used to work nights but I think she switched. She is always in control of every situation and I love it. My second reason, Ty (?) From the pharmacy. He makes a genuine effort to connect with everyone. Its impressive. It feels like a hometown pharmacy of old. We will stick with this pharmacy from now on. Thank you for your hard work and everyone elses we dont see. Happy holidays.

My favorite Safeway

It is a very good place for produce, it always looks pretty darn good, great selections in all other aisles, although they should better enforce the usage of their one way aisles. Afterall, there is a reason for it!!

Tony and Nancy are the checkers i look for. Great workers. And the guy with the glasses in the deli is real good too.
