Started out great with Westfamily hearing, Then Covid hit and they disappeared. My husband has had issues that needed to be addressed and we can not get a hold of anyone. Voicemail box is full and no one is ever in the office. VERY DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED that they can not even return phone calls.

This is a family business with old fashioned values of customer service and expertise. Aaron was tenacious in tuning my Mom’s hearing aids which we got from a place that went out of business. She had never worn them. He was committed to helping me make it the best experience for her so she will wear them. Good honest business, caring owner and very knowledgeable. If you want Nordstrom level service and expertise this is my recommendation.

Very pleasant atmosphere, informative, caring. Use great technology. Not pushy. I had a demo model for a week and found I was not in need of it at this time, which gave us confidence that I could wait with no worries. When I am in need I will go to Aaron for sure. He and his wife are very nice people.

Had a very positive experience with West Family Hearing. I took my Grandma in for a hearing test and to be set up with new hearing aids, and I could not have been happier with the results. Both Aaron and Melania West were so welcoming and friendly, and Aaron listened and answered a million questions so patiently and has been very helpful during the whole process. Hes really made my Grandma feel comfortable and heard and she is a completely different person now that she can hear us all again! Highly recommend! Thank you!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Jason was able to help me out, and in such a short time. I contacted him, and, after telling him what was going on, he told me hed order what was needed. As soon as the pieces came in, he contacted me and set up to get me in the next day. Now, that is exceptional service!!!You dont need to look elsewhere. Making a call to West Family is something you wont regret.

First experience with choosing hearing aids. Received a card in the mail and since it was local I thought I would check it out. I’m glad I took the step forward with the process. Aaron West offers the best customer care service. He explained all that they offered including a hearing test. Explanations of different types of hearings aids that are available on the market. The differences in pricing with the capability each one had to offer. Great customer service and no pressure on which one I decided on. Once made he offered the various types of financing. With the expertise Aaron had to offer, I felt the experience was thorough and complete. Also included are follow up visits to him to make sure all is working well and cleaning and replacing the ear piece covers.

I stumbled on West Family Hearing online when searching for a place to have my older hearing aids repaired. They were very honest with me and said they could send them in but it would cost $350 each for repair. I told them I would be getting new hearing aids but had to go with True Hearing and they told me they are associated with True Hearing. I have had such a good experience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids. Aaron is very kind, patient and knowledgeable and I cant believe how much better my new hearing aids are than the last digital pair I bought from another place.

Alright, this is my very first 5stars review on Google, and I have to say they truly earned it. Both Aaron & Milaina are amazing, they are very warm & positive people. I visited 3 hearing centers (4, if you count Costco) before finally getting my aids from West Fam Hearing today. Being only 27yo, hearing loss is the last thing Id expect to have. When I found out about it, I was quite shock & confused. I have thousands of questions running in my head. Aaron is nothing but patient answering all of my Qs. Very honest & open book, which I really appreciate, and hed make sure you understand what you are getting -- the pros and cons of the aids. I live in Seattle actually, and there are plenty of other hearing centers closer to my house, but Id say this is worth the travel. Oh, not to mention Aaron is not pushy at all, and will give you personal space & time to decide. Highly recommended!

Feeling fortunate that I was discovered West Family Hearing. It has been four weeks since I got my hearing aid and the experience has been very positive and I recommend going to West Family Hearing if you are in search of a hearing aid.I was in search of a replacement hearing aid for one that I lost over two years ago. My previous hearing aid was priced on the lower end and was CIC (completely-in-canal). I found myself barely using it because of the poor performance and the hearing aid being uncomfortable. You definitely get what you pay for. I was hoping that my new hear aid would not result in the same situation.I had a scheduled a vacation day on Tuesday to take my kids to their first day of school. On a whim I decided to try to get a hearing aid appointment on the same day. Around 9 – 10 am I was calling around looking for a place that could get schedule me in that same day. I attempted to call the previous facility I acquired my first hearing aid and she did not have anything available for another week. I called Costco but the person on the phone did not seem too friendly. I continued my search on Google and Yelp and stumbled on West Family Hearing. They stood out to me with several 5 star ratings and so I called. I was greeted by Aaron and got lucky as he had an opening that day due to a cancelation. He was able to get me in the afternoon. When I arrived, we discussed my need to get a hearing aid for my left ear. He went over the process and explained to me what I should expect during my visit. The hearing test was administrated and after the test Aaron did a great job explaining the results. During the whole process he was friendly, attentive, and detail orientated. Once he completed explaining the results, he laid out the hearing aid options. I was impressed and felt at ease with the overall process. I picked out a hearing aid and Aaron worked with me to make sure that the setting to my hearing aid was comfortable. Prior to leaving, he scheduled a one week follow up to see how things were going and refinement of my hearing aid settings. He also made me aware that I was welcome to contact him if the hearing aid was not performing.It is obvious that Aaron really cares about his patients and I have been really impressed with the service that Aaron provides to ensure that I get the best out of my hearing aid. He schedules two follow up meetings after acquiring the hearing to ensure it is working appropriately and a 3 month cleaning. My prior hearing aid facility was friendly but does not compare to what I have experienced at West Family Hearing. Aaron has indicated in all my visit that if at any time I am having issues with my hearing not to hesitate to contact them. He is very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my hearing aid and often times forget that I am wearing it. Their business hours also work for my work schedule as I do not have to take off time from work.

This is a great place to find the best aid you need. You’ll find great honesty, support, & needs met there.
