Well stocked store. Helpful, friendly employees. Slightly higher prices than a box store. But, well worth paying for the service and smiles!

Spent a few hundred for a leaf blower online for pickup at this store. When I arrived the folks working here were super sweet but they informed me the corporate Ace had cancelled my order and nobody at corporate bothered to inform me.

Very courteous and helpful. Uncle earnie went above and beyond to help me. I hope I got his name right, you know the older you get the more forgetful you get. Take care

I needed help and I found Keith, he was awesome and when I ended up going back I asked for him and he was even more awesome. All the employees I have encountered have been great! The store is much larger than it appears in front and they have a great selection, but to me, it is always customer service that makes or breaks the visit, and this Ace is Fabulous!

Drove 30 miles for an unusual item that home Depot and Lowes did not have had it in stock and wonderful customer service. Definitely worth a visit.

This Ace Hardware has a good variety of goods, and a knowledgeable staff. As with all brick and mortar stores these days, their prices can be a little bit high on some items/categories... but they have to make a living somehow. They carry quality brands such as Milwuakee power tools and MailBoss locking mailboxes. They have a whole isle of fasteners and hardware as well, which I really appreciate when I need a quick bolt or nut. Support your locally owned hardware store so they are there when you need them... highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing people.Every question I had was answered to a level I hadnt anticipated. From the plumbing department to the cashiers, the knowledge they have in order to be able to answer anything truly comes through and is impressive. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.The store itself is very clean, organized, and well kept.

You can’t beat local. These folks are everything you want in a hardware store, most importantly the friendly advice and knowledge you don’t find at the big box stores. Bring your project and leave with everything you need to finish it right.

Just a great place to get all your DIY and gardening requirements. Friendly and helpful staff to guide you and help you with all your needs and assist and discuss helpful hints. Then there is the regular discount vouchers and special offers to round it all off.

The most annoying place you can go for shopping tools.

The staff was helpful and the selection was quite good. Theres a nice outdoor section out back with patio furniture, plants, pavers, etc. And I cant recall ever seeing such a well stocked outdoor cooking section in a store of this size.

Practically an everything under the sun store.. especially this location!.. packed with virtually everything thing that you could ever need for the home, auto RV, & Camping.They actually had a full stock of Duke Cannon Soaps!! Cant even find those in a Walmart!! Nice and clean with very friendly staff and apparently is and has been for years my Dads go to place..Wish We had a similar location in California.

I impressed the staffs were so~ kind.I bought some paints there a week ago. And there was some problems. It wasn’t their problem but they made a color matched paint with no charge. I didn’t have a recipe but they had all the information I made.And the new paint works very well. While I was there, they were very kind and nice. And it was nice to look the staffs was close together.

Great place! Good selection of hardware, tools, lighting and etc. Dont have to walk a marathon to fiind what you need.Friendly and helpful employees and management, and they even have free popcorn!!!😋

Local hardware store small town feel the staff always ask if they can help you and instead of pointing they actually take you to the item and if you have questions explain how it works or ask you what you need and help you find the exact thing you need. I was looking for a luggage lock and a piece of chain I was in and out of the store in five to seven minutes. I take my kids and they like the popcorn. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I took my chainsaw into these folks to have them repair a starting issue. I could not completely pull the pull cord completely out-it would hang up half way. I told them that I did not want to invest any $ on this if it could not be repaired. They said that they would not charge me if they could not fix it. After x2 weeks of me calling them to see if it was repaired, it was finally ready. I made the repair man start the machine to prove he did indeed fix it. It ran fine as expected-problem fixed. Took it home and cut x3 12 log. Went to use the saw again for the 4th cut and could not pull the pull cord all the way through. Same prob. as before. Took the saw back in and they said that the saw was beyond repair and that I should just throw it away. Very unprofessional with the management. He basically claimed I was a liar-that they could not be responsible for a used saw with a previous issue. They fixed the issue before but will not repair the same issue again. I would be very cautious about having these folks repair your tools.

My first time to fix my side windowd on my car. The glass was out of alignment because of missing screw. I went to Cedar Ace to get the screws and of course didn’t know the size and how to secure it. Jay was so helpful in finding the right screw and found a creative way to secure it! Thank you Ace and Jay for being so helpful. Jay you rock!

Staff is usually knowledgeable and willing to ask others for help when they dont know. Well stocked on the little stuff for projects. Prices a touch higher than the bigger stores but still great for quick runs.

Great for projects no wood or anything like that but any screw nuts bolts hardware this location is quite decent Im size and has a stihl shop in it as well.

Great Service from Mark at Ace...quickly rekeying locks for my daughters new house...including going the extra mile to put the tiny and finicky top springs back in the cylinders of a couple of the barrels. This is why we shop at ACe. Thx Mark!

Horrible and unprofessional ... took my rotor tiller in to get the no spark issue fixed, repeatedly kept calling and going in to see what the status of my tiller was . I was told after a couple months that they tossed it cause I gave told them too, Ive never told them to throw it away very unprofessional.

I shop there about every 2weeks,....always on a weekend, and guaranteed the same woman and man are the cashiers, the man is behind the counter working small displays and the woman is cashiering and there are 5 to 6 people in line.When she finally works it down to 2, THAN she turns to the man and asks him to open his register, where he waits on 1 person, and than closes it again.Im shopping some where else for now on!!!!

It was absolutely terrible. I stopped by the gas station on the way home and my ignition went out in my car at the gas pump. My car and I sat at the gas station for 4 hours.
