Julius and Diana are great! My first experience there, referred by a relative and glad I listened. Got a fitting (plus some valuable pointers), traded in my clubs, got my new clubs and a few other items. Picked up my clubs, hit the range and hit better than ever! I will be a loyal customer from here on out and will grab a lesson from Julius now and then.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Found out Ive been buying gloves three sizes too big! Also got some shoes at a great price. Wish I lived in the area so this could be my regular place. Super friendly and helpful.

They were so friendly and nice to me and my mom and I were kinda giving them a hard time but the fact that they sealed with was amazing I got a new set of clubs and a bag. Their service was amazing. I have been going to jorgenson golf for 7 years now and Julius and Diana Jorgenson are great. They always allow you to test clubs in their simulator, and point you the right direction with the clubs you choose. I have purchased every club I currently own from them and will gladly return for future golf investments!

Julius helped me pick out the right 3W and threw in a teaching tip to boot! Great place. Ill be back soon.

I went into Jorgensens shop in Mukilteo on a late Sunday afternoon looking to get my clubs re-gripped. The staff member was able to complete the job before closing time! As a local business owner myself, I was happy to help support a business that offers this level of service. The store is stocked to the rafters with merchandise and the price I paid was more than fair. Please support this outstanding locally owned family business.

Members are Revenue Streams v. a Tournament Player.WARNING:: I’m a new 2011 member and have only played in two events. In each event, it was my experience that I have found blatant cheating on the course. In each occasion, I confronted each of the players in an attempt to call out the infractions along with stroke penalties required to be applied in a polite effort to help the players. Nothing came of it including disqualification or additional strokes to any of the offending parties score cards. I specifically pointed out in detail the deliberate infractions of the rules within each event to Julius Jorgensen himself. Julius’s response was simply to avoid the issue or even being interested in being bothered by addressing the cheating issues within his club. Julius then blamed me and stated that he wouldn’t listen to anyone that hasn’t completed any rounds within his events even though continued cheating was the reason for my stopping play. I determined that it didn’t really matter if I finished or not because the payouts would be unencumbered with or without fair play. He then asked that I continue to play in his events and finish future rounds even if I witnessed additional cheating. I did ask for a refund for the second event, and he stated that there are no refunds within his club no mater what the reason. I then felt like a Dollar Sign and that affecting his Cash Flow Stream wouldn’t be tolerated at any cost including the rules of the game. It appears that these events are specifically designed to funnel all winnings (no cash payouts for Skins, KP’s, etc even though you pay additionally for cash games at the course) go though the Men’s Club Books within his store. It also appears to me that there are several additional (Cash Cow) events popping up throughout the week now to continue pushing all of the winnings through his company. Which is fine of course, unless if you are made aware of everything before you sign up for his mens club and expect the payouts to be something different then they are - including any sort of Fair Play on the course. I feel, if you like using a “Foot Wedge” without repercussions, then this is your kind of club…

I have been a customer at jorgensen golf store for several years now, i have never been unhappy with their services, you know you are dealing with an extremely good golf store when you can walk in and find what you are looking for, the fact they have extra stiff shafts in store is incredible, no more blindly ordering a club or shaft and finding out its not what you needed (ie pro golf discount), you can simply go to the racks and pick whatever you want to try out, walk into the simulator(with permission or a scheduled appointment) and physically hit the club, their simulator seems to be pretty accurate showing you the dispersion, height and distance of your shot, you can change clubs to see what works best for you....no more driving to the range to test after purchase only to find it might not be what you wanted, they are awesome at fitting you for clubs, they dont give you that corporate feel like other stores do, they are very down to earth, no pressure and treat you like a person, i recently brought in a putter i wanted cut down to fit my 4 year old daughter, they took the putter without question and did what i wanted, put on a new grip and handed it to me, now my daughter and i can putt together and make memories all thanks to Jorgensens, imho they are the best around, cheers.
