The customer service at Wizard is better than 5-Star. Ive been a customer since 2000 and they have always worked with me to have a CMC that fit my needs.

This group has pushed me to the top. I never could havent gotten to where I am at Kats Custom Framing without a Wizard I feel as though the goods and services are a bargain! Thanks to Brian and all the guys at Wizard!

After years of cutting mats by hand, the opportunity came for me to explore the possibilities of buying a computerized mat cutter. After my research was completed, no question it was going to be the Wizard. Twelve years later I realize it was the best decision made for the profitably of my company. The folks at Wizard are great for helping with problems ( mostly because of my inabilities). After all those years, nothing of significance has happened to my Wizard. Wizard International is one the best companies Ive had the pleasure to work with. Their products are state of the art and support is always available by picking up the telephone. Ive been using my Wizard for about 8 years. Over that time I have needed tech support several times, and must say that Ive always been very pleased with both the response, and the speed of that response. I give the tech people a big thumbs up for their great help and courteous behavior.

Our Wizard is an awesome asset! The only problem is that it has been so good I cant convince the mat cutter to get the latest upgrade. Cant wait to upgrade someday:)

I worked with Steve in Tech Support. He was excellent. He methodically worked to troubleshoot the problem with my 8000 machine. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got to the root of the problem. Without hesitation he found a solution and within minutes had the replacement parts on their way to me. I could not be happier with the way things went and expect my machine to be be back up and running within days.

First of all I will say that I’m based in the UK - I used a Wizard cutter for many years and always found it to be an excellent machine. It certainly gave me the edge when it came to exhibitions and high end art. I had to give up my much loved machine when it finally became too difficult to keep it operating. As I’m in the UK and their service centre is based somewhere in Europe the logistical problems became too complex. Unfortunately their UK based agent appears to have lost their franchise (although it’s very hard to find out any details) so any new rentals or purchases would need to be facilitated through Europe which, because of Brexit isn’t being particularly helpful to us at the moment. I wish Wizard well for the future and hope that one day they may re-open direct links to the UK.

I’ve been a customer with Wizard since 2009. I can’t say enough about their customer service and technical support which sets them apart from other companies I’ve looked into. I had an excellent experience with Wizard! Everyone I spoke to was super helpful, and my machine works like a charm! I upgraded from a Fletcher 2100 and this is such a game changer for my shop. Its certainly my best employee by far! I would absolutely recommend Wizard CMCs!

We are beginning our 6th year with our Wizard 9000. The only issue we have had has been replacing the PC running the design software. Small issues were quickly resolved with the support staff and Wizard. They understood our problem and worked quickly with us to restore operation. The possibilities and endless and we are constantly learning of new things we can do with the cutter. It has been a great experience.

We have had a CMC from Wizard for well over a decade. The equipment is very low maintenance and the service when needed is outstanding. It is refreshing to do business with a company that backs up a great product with even better customer support!

Wizard has an excellent technical support staff. They are more than patient and will go the extra mile to help resolve any issue. I can not recommend them high enough.

Talk to a Wizard. Like all machines, mat cutters require tweaking when they get a little out of whack. Their customer support wizards know where the settings to fine tune the cutters are, and will guide you through making the adjustments. I couldnt be happier with the help Ive received.

Been using the same cutter for 18 years.....still doing what it was first tasked to do, and doing it consistant all the time..support has been there when nedded and quickly. and when ;you do have a problem, you can easily talk to someone that has the answers and can speak and understand english. . as a one person shop, couldnt have made it without my cutter.

I have a very old Wizard. Apparently, they noLonger support this machine . I am too old to want to invest in another, newer machine, and am stressed that should my Wizard cease to run, or need support, that Wizards solution is to buy or upgrade from the machine I currently use

Vary poor customer service! Bought a mat cutter from them. As soon as I had an issue and called in for support was told that we would have to pay $150 for them to even hear what the problem was or $75 mo to be able to get support. When I asked about a user manual or self help option. I was again told I would have to pay $75 a mo to get a manual for my cutter. This blows my mind that a company would have a product that cost thousands of dollars and then refuse to help unless you pay them over 800 a year. Vary disappointed
