I placed an order today. As I placed the order, the confirmation actually provided a phone number to call with any questions. I had a question about whether a plastic washer was provided or needed purchased separately. The customer service was the best Ive experienced in years. He confirmed that the part I ordered included the washer and also gave me some incite into the propeller I had lost and the likely cause (which hopefully will keep it from happening again). I would recommend them to anyone in need of a boat prop!

My husband placed an order for a prop. Stop reading now if you dont have a few minutes to read this story. He needed the prop because the last prop he had unfortunately met with an early demise. And that was not the only prop this summer to meet an untimely death. Hes not real easy on props. Anyway he wanted to get the prop before the weekend so he ordered it with overnight shipping. The next day he saw the confirmation email from the company and it said it was shipped ground and he would have it next week. He insisted thats how he ordered it and that the page kept going back to ground shipping...so I called the company. They were in Washington State and I was halfway across the country. I got a guy in the shop who suggested I call back later and talk to someone in the office. So I waited an hour and called back. I spoke with Jodi who was extremely helpful. I explained to her that he had wanted it overnighted so he could have it for Friday. She said she needed to discuss it with her manager and she would get back to me. When she called back she said they would recall the other prop that was ground shipped and would overnight us one so we could have a new prop for the weekend boat excursion. How awesome! It arrived Friday morning and my husband installed the new prop. And off we went on our weekend trip. Thank you Jodi and ThePropShop! And thank you for reading this far. We made it 11 minutes before we ruined the prop.

We have our boat at a haul out in Seattle and discovered both props needed rebuilding on Friday morning, the beginning of Memorial Day weekend. We delivered the props to the Prop Shop at about 1:45 pm. They were like most businesses, planning to be closed over the weekend and on Monday, Memorial Day. I explained our situation and asked if they could somehow get these props back to us by Tuesday. Chris Ives waited on me and the gentleman that does the props happened to be there and was consulted. They could not promise but would make their best effort to get them ready by Tuesday morning. Chris called about 3:15pm and said Your props are ready. We picked them up later in the PM! This was amazing customer service and I am confident they were sympathetic to our situation and went above and beyond the call to help us out! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! We will spread the good will around to our boating friends and we consider this shop to be a reference for all others!

I ordered a new propeller on Monday and the same day I received a call saying the product I purchased was out of stock. The customer service representative gave me a higher quality propeller for the same price instead. This is old school honest business and customer service. My vacation is saved thanks to this service. I am a customer for life now. Thank you prop shop!

Call Chris at The Prop Shop you will not be disappointed. Got my props in 2 days to Mulvane, Kansas and they were perfect. So to make a long story.... We tore up out props on Grand Lake Oklahoma went to a boat dealer that sold us some knock off props that came in a Volvo Penta box (sketchy)... Put them on and kept tearing up the little one... Had it fixed twice.. Called all over couldnt get a straight answer on why. Come to find out the bottom end that is on my boat possibly didnt come with the boat. The guy at Grand Lake sold me diesel props and I have a 454 gas. Chris figured this all out. Ecstatically happy with Chris and the crew at the prop shop... I would rave on more but I am going to the LAKE!!! SEE YA!!!!!!!
