Went there for school supplies. Thankfully I found the correct isle. There was no employees to help. Stood in isle for a while and didnt even see any employees? Prices were also high.

I used to shop at Hobby Lobby a little more than Michaels chiefly because of their coupon and availability of things I regularly use. Now that Hobby Lobby has done away with their 40% off coupon I discovered Michaels! They still regularly have coupons available for purchase of regularly priced merchandise and honestly I find the quality very good!

I love the customer service here. Every time I go in, everyone is so friendly.I ordered a custom picture frame last time I went and it was ready for pickup today. There was some miscommunication with the order but when I got there the woman told me shed fix it and have it ready asap. I got a call within 2 hours and its perfect.

I love going into Michaels to see the different craft items that they have compared to lets say Hobby Lobby but I was a bit left down this time because their selections have become fewer and smaller. They have an abundance of organizational items, so if you are in need of some organizing heat to Michaels.

One of my favorite arts and craft stores. Super friendly people and decent prices compared to Hobby lobby and others. They always have coupons on ther website which can be used in store. Lately they havent had much in store and seems like they want you to order online instead. I prefer to get my items local if I can.

I visited this store to buy a set of Prismacolor pencils. I took the product card to the cashier to get the pencils. The cashier said the pencil set they had was different than the product card info. She would not let me look at the box to see if its what I needed. She treated me like I was trying to steal them. I even placed 2 thousand dollars in cash on her counter to reassure her. She still would not let me see the pencils to make sure its what I needed. After leaving the store I called the companies customer service line. They asked for the employees name so I went back in to the store to get it. A different employee told me she wasnt allowed to give out that info. They wear nametags! Ive now spent 2 days being bounced around by customer service with no hope of ever reaching anybody who even cares to address my compliant. Im almost 50 years old and Ive been a professional artist for almost 30 years. This store treated me like a criminal because I just wanted to verify I was going to recieve the correct product. It was absolutely humiliating.

I was impressed with all the different craft materials they had, gave me some great ideas.

Always clean with good selection of products and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I like to explore inside, but they always have the same stuff, with the exception of seasonal.

You need craft stuff, theyve got it! We came here for acrylic paint - they were well picked over but we found what we needed. The employees were very nice and got us checked out in a jiffy.

I have been to Michaels maybe twice in my life before this recent visit. I generally don’t go because they don’t carry cross stitch supplies, but I went recently to look at decorations. Their store was easy to explore and they had very cute decoration options. They staff was also kind when we had interactions. I will probably visit this store more often.

This Michaels was a very nice, clean store! They had a nice stock of item. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that Michaels is no longer taking competitors coupons. We also couldnt use our military discount because we had not prearranged it first through the rewards program.

I have found that this Michaels has pretty limited stock with what Im mostly in there shopping for (ie planner supplies) but the store is clean and the staff is super nice.

They always have just what I need and they are very safe during this pandemic. Extremely pleased!

Great selection of art supplies. Always make use of the coupons when you can. Every store is different to serve the community they are in. The clearance section can be place to find some amazing deals or waste of time. Certain items just shouldnt be bought without using a coupon such as Professional art supplies.

Best place to buy crafts! The staff is extremely helpful, they are very knowledgeable of their products and locations in the store. They try their best to get you the best deal with the sales and coupons available. Courtney is my favorite, she is so nice and extremely helpful!

I have always had a good experience in this store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I have gone at all times of the day. The store is always clean and organized. Very impressed with this location a definite go to for any of my crafting needs.

A very fun place to shop if you are a creative artsy type of person. They have better prices and a better selection of artists supplies than Hobby Lobby, and usually the check-out process is faster). I feel like the employees are friendlier than those at Hobby Lobby. They also mail me coupons every once in awhile, and when combined with in-store discounts and a senior discount, I come out of there very happy.

Heather in the Framing Department spent 2.5 hours with me working on projects I had saved for 12 years. Her creativity is really on point and her knowledge of their frames and products took the projects to the next level. I cant wait for the next sale and to work with Heather in the future.

Went in looking for supplies for my work(activities in a nursing home). I was struggling to figure out what to do and a sweet employee helped me pick out the perfect thing for my residents. Little pre-made bird houses for them to paint, and paper flowers. I believe her name was Brittany. She was very kind, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help. Im definitely always going to Michaels from now on. Ive been a Hobby Lobby customer for years and never once was I asked or offered the level of customer service as I got today. Craft overload, didnt have the one thing I was looking (small glass vials/jars). The workers who were working tonight were quite clueless on where things were at request, and didnt know the aisle was or what it was near, so I got a pointed in a general direction and had to guess. (Workers needing training)BUT Great store if youre just walking around in unlimited time and looking through each aisle for lil Treasures.

This was the second time that I have left that store totally exasperated. There were only two people in the store working oh, so it was impossible to get help. The manager was rushing around stocking shelves, Etc. And when I asked her a question she pointed me to a far corner. The other person seemed to disappear. Several of the things I wanted were up too high for me to reach and the sign said to ask someone. Ask who?! Some of the items that the sign said were on sale, were not on sale when I got to check out. If I hadnt spent so much time picking up all of the items that I needed for Christmas gifts, Etc, I would have just dropped my cart and left. I hope to not have to go back there to shop again.

They had a mega clearance sale and there wasnt anything really on sale. The advertising was inaccurate and the staff wasnt helpful at all!
