Collins Collision and Auto Repair fullfilled everything I expected from the warm greetings at the front desk to the quality work of Mr Collins repairing our Dodge pickup. I would chose them again in a heartbeat to do more work on our autos. The paint work looked great !

My car was losing power I-69 and was able to get it to Collins an hour before they closed on a Friday. They were very friendly and accommodating, got my car on the lift right away and were able to give me a diagnosis within minutes. Didnt charge me to look at it, said I could keep it there over the weekend if I needed, and said I could wait in the office until my ride came from Indianapolis. Glad I found them in my time of need!

We first brought our Nissan there for an insurance estimate after it had been hit and Collins staff made a fix to the bumper gratis, because it turned out to be unsafe to drive. We returned for that repair, and two others (for the Nissan and a Chevy) and are extremely satisfied. This family owned business is not only skilled and knowledgeable but very friendly and welcoming. Glad to find a local auto repair that we trust.

2021. ROUND 2! THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT to Collins Collision. This time, I ran over an object on a highway in Florida, resulting in my front bumper being ripped off. As soon as it happened, I knew I was going to Collins Collision. I literally drove my car 16 hours because I didnt want to take it anywhere else. They took the time to find me affordable parts, got them ordered swiftly, and got my car fixed in no time and at a great price. Plus (as always), they regularly communicated, putting my mind at ease and allowing me to plan accordingly. My car literally looks brand new! You wouldn’t know my car had work done just by looking at it. It’s that perfect. While I hope I don’t have another car issue anytime soon, I know if I do, I will always go back to Collins Collision. Words can’t describe I much I love doing business with them. After being involved in an accident, I called Collins to see if they would take a look at my car for me. They said yes and gave me contact info for a great towing company that got my car out to them quickly and at an affordable price.I expressed my hope that my car could be fixed, and they were so kind and reassured me they would do the estimate, and let me know. Even after informing me of what they found, they offered to hand everything over to my insurance and talked me through the process and what I should expect moving forward. Every time I called, they picked up promptly and answered all my questions. They never made me feel like I couldnt call them with a question or made me feel like I was bothering them. I cant thank Collins enough for their professionalism, kindness, and quality of their service. They made this stressful process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. This is now my new favorite business in Muncie Indiana! My Jeep broke almost 2 years ago and each time someone told me they could fix it, once they really knew the problem they declined. My rear drive shaft literally fell out (Muncie pot holes) and I didn’t find the part. It’s a custom drive shaft and connects a Jeep part to a Ford part. If I tried to explain the details I would fail so I’ll leave it at that. I had almost given up and considering selling the Jeep (which would’ve broken my heart and my 15-year old son would’ve disowned me as his mother). There was a place in Indy that sort of acted like they could do it but I was afraid I would get it there and then have yet the same response. Collins shop put in a new custom drive shaft as if it was something they had done many times before. He saw another potential safety issue and contacted me before fixing it as well. I love this Jeep and Collins shop is now the only place it will ever go to be fixed or for maintenance. Thanks to my friend Phil for finding this shop for me. It’s crazy that the guy who could solve my problem was just down the road (literally on the way to my son’s high school). And the cost was very reasonable. I’m so very thankful. Everyone there is super nice. You guys rock! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The staff at Collins collision kind and caring people. They they work with their customers to make repairs right the first time.They are local and close, so I dont feel like I have to go far to get my car fixed.
