Great location! I found these really cute earrings there and the pants in the photo. The location is clean with super nice employees. The gentleman that cashed me out was very kind and talkative. The prices are great and I always love looking through the cast clearance section, too.

I love most of the staff they are very nice and I enjoy to come there. I also love the selection and cleanliness of the store. The bathrooms are also very clean. A few of the staff members do not wear their masks properly though so I assume theyre the outcasts in the staff.

Be very cautious in the food isles. The garlic is always sprouting out of the packaging, these tortellini is moldy, and in the milk coolers it smells so so spoiled.

Drive Up is so quick and easy. Its been a lifesaver this last year. I can come whenever its ready and the wait time is really short.

I was easily able to order my order through the app to drive up and pick up. I had my two daughters with me so it made it easier to drive up and grab just the two items I needed. I was also excited to see that what I needed was on sale and you received a gift card.

Best department store in Muncie. Always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate their COVID defense with masks available if you forget yours along with the cart wipes, then the hand sanitizer at the checkout lanes. Thumbs up!

Its so fast and easy! The Target app is really great and makes it simple to place my order and them follow its progress. Ive used the drive in pickup several times and its been wonderful! I plan to continue to use the Target pick up service as long as its available!

The people stocking are extremely friendly & helpful -especially the ones in the grocery section. I’m not sure if I look lost, but they often offer to help me find something quickly if I appear to be looking for longer than two seconds. Overall, it is a very clean and friendly store.

This was my first opportunity to try same day pick up @ Target. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was! I liked that I could pick the store I wanted to pick up my order. The store associate was very friendly and helpful!

I was looking for Field Crest bedding I had purchased there before. I found it again, and bought the items I needed. Target has recently re-arranged its front area when you first walk in. It is very attractive. Target is always so clean and organized. I LOVE to stop at Target for items from kids clothing to bedspreads!! Theyve got it all!!

If I could give no stars I would there is limited black hair care products but if you go on the other side there are so many products for others I won’t be shopping at target anymore they acts as if black women don’t have hair

The young man who brought my stuff out for curbside pickup was great. I was using the app for the first time and was having trouble figuring out how to notify that I was ready for pickup. He asked my name and got the stuff, in the rain, for an old guy who was having tech issues.

Clean organized and high quality merchandise.

I was there to pick up some stuff I ordered online, and since I was there I decided to do my weekly grocery shopping as well. The pick up experience was great. I was helped immediately and there was no wait. However the grocery department was very underwhelming. Very limited selections (fruit, seafood, vegetables, oils, etc) and multiple items were out of stock. Price was also a bit high compared to other stores in town. I could not get everything I needed and had to make a trip to another store.

I have a broken leg and cannot bare any weight on it and had shopping to do for my granddaughters birthday gifts. I was able to shop online and have my husband stop by and pickup my order. So convenient!

We always have great experiences at the Muncie Target. Everything is very clean, the shelves are stocked with great food, and the service is great. We even had a cashier that was legally blind. He did a very good job and I applaud Target for being an equal employer.

As a nursing mom, the nursing room is clean and comfy!! They have a nice arm chair and a table with outlets. Thank you Target for a nice place to shop and a nice place for be to care for my little one ❤️ More stores should catch on to this amazing idea!!

I used to get great customer service here, but that is a thing of the past I guess! The toy item I purchased was in the wrong bin apparently ( along with 20+ just like it!)... at the self checkout I informed the employee (who’s first response was “No problem I can change the price for you if you know what it was”)... since I couldn’t remember if it was $4.99 or 5.99, being the honest person I am, I volunteered to run ALL the way back to toys and double check it. Since I was there, I took a quick pic of the tag and showed it to her. She then snidely remarked that it was not the right item so she couldn’t give me the $1.00+ difference it turned out to be! Yet she was perfectly willing to do so before I ran clear across the store to check it!!!I told her that I was still going to purchase it ( it was only a dollar difference, after all!!), but that there were a whole bunch of them still in that bin, incorrectly labeled! I don’t have to tell you that she was rude about it, of course, stating that someone during the night would fix it... sure. My dear husband, patiently waiting throughout this transaction ( not really his forte, lol) I don’t know WHY these were mislabeled...What I DO know, is that this happened to me at Walmart once, and they honored the signage! ( and that was a $7.00 difference!)I don’t care about the dollar...I care about the way I’m treated when I spend my hard-earned dollars somewhere. Lovely remodel going on, but Target needs to polish up more than what’s on the surface 😏

This Targets floor employees lack customer service skills and fail to provide a good shopping experience outside of having nice product to choose from. I do not think an employee should walk by customers without offering them assistance.Checkout service is always fair, no complaints there.

Nice things and reasonable prices

App is extremely helpful, esp with little ones. For instance, at 3a I used the last nighttime diaper I had so while feeding my son, I got in the app and ordered a box for curbside pickup. I ran to the store today on my lunch break to get it. I don’t have time to stop so this is so helpful. Plus I can pay in the app so it’s very expeditious. Staff came out with my product right away and were very friendly.

The new remodel for Target is superb! I love that there is a Starbucks inside now. Most of the employees recognize me because I spend so much time there. Haha! Whenever they make me a coffee, they are always so kind and take pride in making it well.I knocked off a star because the bathroom is always nasty. I noticed Target around the U.S. tend to have gross bathrooms. A nice bathroom makes a store much better! :)

I like this location. The bathrooms are always clean. They have a good variety of products. Online pickup has been great. They know us by name.I hope they expand to include groceries like other bigger cities do.However recently i have had issues with inventory saying out of stock in the app. Then i find several of that item when i go to the store. Sometimes the item i want is just sitting in the backroom and it just depends on the mood of the team member you ask for help whether or not they will go get it for you. For example the Christmas giftsets have said available Nov 10th. Ive been looking at the coming soon items for months online.They still have not set the mod yet.The electronics employees also have been ignoring me when Im standing at the counter waiting to pay for high dollar items. Not sure what is going on with the inventory but i hope they fix it soon to make it easier to order for pick up.

It is a target... it has the things that they have on their website... that are available for you to pick up in person. Probably the cleanest bathrooms in the midwest... checkout is always fast. For a target store it is better than most.

Convenient and quick. My order was ready within an hour of completing the order. When I picked up my orders, it took less than 5 minutes, for 3 separate orders.

The other day I placed a pickup order when i really meant for a drive-up order and when I realised i had done this both diaper babies were asleep in the car, I phoned guest services and the ladies were nice enough to bring it out to the drive up. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Won’t be coming back. The girls at the electronics even said they don’t know anything about the cameras I was looking at and saw the sign and said “oh nice $50 off.” So I thought that’s great I’ll take it, i go check out and the lady doesn’t see it and another one said it’s buy one get one $50 off. I go back to electronics and The ladies don’t even know how to read their own signs. And the cashier didn’t even look at my drivers license right. It’s on the back that shows your a veteran not the front! Management took forever to get to me that I just left! Poor customer service and they need to fix their signs so their employees can read them and not give customers wrong information.

I won’t ever be doing business with Target again! Went online and purchased 2 items for store pick up. The website gave me this option. I was impressed that I was able to purchase these items online and pick them up the next day. Received an email from them not long after saying that the items were unavailable. I called and spoke with customer service, who I could barely understand, and was told that in store pick up wasn’t an option for my purchase. I told the operator that the website gave me that option and my transaction went through without any problems. Well, unfortunately not for the items I wanted. I’m so disappointed that I don’t have any thing nice to say about a store that gives false information.

This place is ok as long as you want to pay ridiculous prices and then get followed around because you did not get dressed up to go to the store. Thanks for making customers feel unwelcomed.

This Target is large, clean, and well-maintained. Its located near the Muncie Mall, and is convenient to those who travel via Muncie Indiana Transit (MITS); buses stop directly in front of the store.
