Im a teacher, I came to get some party favors for classroom Halloween goody bags. Browsed the entire store and found some good stuff. Everything was well organized. Employees were nice and the was no line at checkout (on a Saturday!).

Always end up getting the kids’ Halloween costumes from here. I love the set up during Halloween. Makes it nice and easy. The employees are super sweet and so helpful.

They have a great selection of party supplies. We went their to get a halloween mask for my son and they had more of a selection than a halloween store! Glad this store is located close.

Ordered a lot of balloons and some other things for a party online. The order was ready when I got there. I also did curbside and they brought them out and put them in my vehicle!! Great service and was very prompt at getting my order out at the exact time stated. Will use again for sure!

Very rude customer services. I order balloons online for my sons party. I called and ask since I order them from their website if they can fill them. The person on the phone said of course just bring them in and we can do it no issue. So I drive 30 minutes to the store to be talked rude too. Go to the counter and told the lady I needed these filled please. She responds with well do you have a receipt. With out it it will be 25 dollars. I informed her the person on the phone told me nothing about bring the receipt in, then she got annoyed and rolled her eyes. I will not be returning to this location again. Ill go out of my way to the location in indy from now on.

I came in tonight, OCT 30th, there was an old lady working there who was unbelievable rude to the point it was just super unprofessional and disturbing. she death stared me my entire visit there to the point i was uncomfortable and just left. she was also there last year and seemed very angry and passive aggressive. lady should most definitely get fired for her disgusting attitude

Dont go to party city unless you want to be accused of theft!! I went to Part City to buy some things for a birthday but couldnt find what I wanted so left. I was even up front in plain site! Then this woman, Im assuming the manager, came out and up to my car and asked do you want to come in and pay for something? After I wound my window downConfused I said no and she said thats in your bag? And it clicked she was accusing me of theft so I openedy purse and showed her its just some old recipes and my wallet!Seriously totally demeaning and rude. If you go here plan to buy something or they will assume you are leaving cause you stole something, NOT because you couldnt find what you wanted. Better party supplies elsewhere anyways. Zero stars if I could

The staff was so helpful and so sweet to my granddaughter while she picked out a balloon bouquet for her cousin. Prices are great on Ty stuffed animals.

Muncie’s party city staff was sooo amazing making a surprise gender reveal bouquet tonight!! The ballon bouquet was beautiful and they made a hectic process of not wanting to see the balloons very easy! Unfortunately, one balloon popped once we got home and we rushed back where they filled 2 more balloons for us for no extra charge!! Thank you to everyone who helped make today so special for me!

We were out of state and in Muncie for a grandsons birthday. I placed our balloon order online and we also had a few balloons shipped to us from online that they blew up for a small fee .Everything was ready and YES, it was a weekend morning so it was busy .But service was great and all the employees we encountered were genuinely friendly and actually seemed like they liked their job !Awesome to experience when customer service is more than an afterthought at most places .Great job !!!

Got some good deals on party decorations! Was surprised that I didn’t spend too much to make this cute wall of decor! Also the employees were very nice! Someone helped me find the balloons and they were very nice when checking me out, too!

They do NOT sell LifeSavers Butterrum Candies in Bulk size. Although, they DO carry some of the more modern popular flavors. Prices are reasonable. However, they are unable to special order a specific flavor even on their website. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 Stars. They do have a wide selection of party supplies.

Really the only party store in town. Decent selection of party items. Be prepared to wait in line at the checkout. Waited at least 10 mins with just 1 register open and another associate filled up balloons. As we were leaving, another clerk finally came out to help.

Went in for gift bag / wrapping paper for 1st birthday. Was disappointed with very limited selection of these items. Got something that worked, but would be nice if they carried bigger selection of actual present wrapping items.

They charge to blow up ballons dollar tree is only a dollar for the ballons and they dont charge to blow them up

Didnt have luck finding the costumes we were looking for but the candy section made up for everything.

If you want custom invitations must call ahead. No one was there the multiple times I stopped and the employees there cannot answer questions about them.

The worse customer service I have encountered at a Party City store. From the manager down to the clerk, rude and uninformed about their products and how to address the paying customer. Your employees are in need of training! No excuse for rudeness!!
