One one my favorite stores. Always smells sooo good whenever I shop in this store. Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and happy to help you. I definitely recommend this place!!

Big sale going on. Bought 2 candles and some had soap. Terrific smells were available. Staff very helpful answering questions regarding fall scents coming in.

I also got more candles but I have already set them out and fired them up and oh my house smells so good. I went in on the 14th of June for their crazy sell and got everything for around $50.

They have The Best Chandals By far than any other brands that I have tried they have the 3 wick2 wick 1 wick, And they have a lovely array of all gift bags and accessories for the holidays! Always go to Bath & Body Works (Nanna) lol!

I like this store but always have problems with one employee giving the look about my alternative look. But the majority of the workers are really nice.

This is one of the tops stores in my book. Employees are very nice and helpful in all the right ways. They offer you a shopping bag and ask if ur looking for any special. Then after that they let you shop at ur own pace. They are close if you need anything but not standing over you like a high pressure sale atmosphere. I had my coupons and just had surgery the ladies helped me so much I was unable to carry any amount of weight but they help me shop use my coupons and was able to get me and my elderly shopping friend to our car this no hassle. I cant say enough about how wonderful they make us fell by just the small bit of kindness. I have brought my friends autistic daughter with us before and they are very warm and kind to her as well they talk to her even tho she is almost no verbal and only repeats word the still talk and welcome her as well this a huge win in my book. Keep up the good work.

I love this Bath and Body Works over the one in Richmond. The store is bigger and better organized. I feel like it offers more products. I cant forget about mentioning Chloe either. She is an employee that works there and is always in a happy attitude and willing to help.

Sales are great here, and during the weekdays the whole place is pretty quiet.

This remodeled store will certainly catch your eye as you walk past it in the Muncie mall. Not to mention the aroma. They always have fantastic deals going on this time of year. I highly recommend you go check it out, get a nice smell on you at least. I never come out empty handed. 😊

Good products. However, a lot of the products are made in COMMUNIST China or elsewhere. Not enough products made in the United States. The prices are a bit higher than than I would prefer to pay for imported products.

Very helpful staff met us upon entry in the store. Mentioned promotions and sales. Only downside was their stock was down and products we wanted werent available.

Be careful when using their portable check-out instead of the regular cash register. The device blanked out during checkout and did not print out a receipt. The cashier resubmitted the order and a receipt was printed out. We checked our bank account and found that the money was withdrawn twice. The attempt had gone through! Getting our money refunded has been a nightmare. The staff in the store wasnt very helpful and some staff members were rude. They directed us to call the phone number receipt and that hasnt been anymore helpful. We are contemplating a law suit.

Love the scents and sales!

Would give 0 stars of that was a viable option. Went to pick up some items to create a gift set for my niece. First of all couldnt locate the wanted items for purchase. Worse though was the crowd and lack of control by employees. The store was wall to wall people and employees were just standing around in groups seeming like they were watching the chaos. The check out line was outside of the store and wrapped back to almost the adjasent store. Minimum wait time was 40 minutes +. Absoutely no employees using the portable checkouts for credit and debit card purchases. Crowds, unintelligent employees, and 1 specific employee who lied to me about my purchase being sold out online after decision was made to order online rather than deal with utter chaos. Will NOT return on candle day again
