Great service, it saves my back from lifting 40lb bags of salt! Their deliveries are always on time. Recommend this service to anyone over the age of 60, I count on them to deliver my salt. No Brainer!

I have been with Culligan ultra-pure for quite a while now about a year maybe a little over pound if something is not right they will make it right for you. They are an excellent company to do business with sound are a very fair company. I recommend Culligan Ultra Pure very highly. Try them and see what you think you wont be disappointed.

I have been with these guys since 2003 and been 100% satisfied. Any problems that have cropped up over the years, i.e. leaving the salt in the wrong location, have been dealt with quickly and effectively.

Do not use Culligan unless you never need to get a hold of someone outside of normal business hours. We had a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink that started leaking at 9pm. Called the office which had an emergency contact number given on their answering machine. Called the emergency number 3 times with no answer and no call-back. Ended up calling a plumber and had them remove the osmosis system completely. Will NEVER use Culligan for any of our water needs. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I desperately needed a RO system for my planted aquariums and for my dogs. Our Well water is extremely hard. The customer service representative was amazing throughout the entire process. I am so pleased with my new tankless RO system.

Great customer service

Not at all happy about the bearded serviceman that feels the need to drive 50 mph in a 30 mph from Yorktown schools to Batavia, where he turned left. This occurance was this morning but has happened in the past as well. I do have him on video if needed but you need to handle this before someone gets hurts from his carelessness!

I didnt like that I was forced to pay for a year up front. They did atleast let me set up 2 payments. Would of rather made monthly payments instead of paying for the year in one month. The tech came out and Saud he fixed my softener. Left and it wasnt fixed. Same tech came back out 2 days later when I called and walk in door and said its not working huh guess Ill replace it. Dont understand why they didnt replace it the first time. Nate the salesmen was rude pushy and seemed like he could care less what I had to say. The manger I spoke with was the only nice person that I have felt with with the exception of the women in the front. I would recommend them if you deal with the manger. This is my opinion take it with a grain of salt. Thank you.

Jim (owner) is rude and has no allegiance to customer service. Save yourself the hidden rate increases, faulty equipment and overpriced service with zero customer satisfaction frustrations and check out the many much better local options.

Culligan is known, company wide, as being nothing but a scam business. Extra charges, dishonest service, and nothing but lies. Check them out with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. They order employees to lie and to try to make the most profit no matter the situation. Beware!!!!! Bad Business!! Terrible Management!

The guys who came out explained things so we could understand and told us about salt delivery. Not pushy about selling a new unit as we are a not for profit and on a budget!

Since I cant give zero stars...they get 1 by default. Watch the dbl bills & false charges. Not only did I pay a deposit on my water jugs...they charged me for a replacement cost because I kept them when my deposit was not returned. 16 yrs with them and get the shaft. HEY CULLIGAN SCAM!

Had a very bad experience. Called for water softener service, I got a salesman instead who sold me a new unit. Ok so my bad. Then we cant finiance this new unit because you dont own your home yet. So we come.bacl take your unit and dont put the old one back so.you have no water softener at all. Thanks again culligan I will never be using your products or services and I will make sure neither do my friends or family.
