Chris Gibson (as recommended by Muncie plumber Ivan Gregory) listened, understood my residential water line replacement dilemma, and quickly showed me exactly what I needed, how to use it, rang me up, and I was out within 15 mins — that was after spending an hour at Menards not getting what I needed there. I needed certain threads to meet the water meter, a 90, and Chris gave me all the right stuff that helped me finish the project before sundown. Highly recommend you start with Knapp Supply first. Been going to them for a couple years with no issues. However when they suggest and sell you the wrong part when you provide serial numbers and everything and then refuse to exchange or take the part back....doesnt leave a pleasant experience. Suggest someone else who honors their work.

Im not going to give them a one star because I havent had the pleasure of using their business. Many good reviews but one thing is for sure: their drivers are dangerous. I know for a fact that one of their drivers was going way over 60, and they were so close to the cars in front of them that if they had been brake checked, there would for sure be an accident. If your business values speed over safety, count me out of your business.

This business seems to be strictly for contractors. Went to showroom to buy a vanity and cabinet for bathroom remodel. Was completely ignored. Went to the office and asked for help. Was told someone would be right out and no one ever came. Took my business to another supplier in town. May be great for contractors but dont waste your rime if you are a consumer because they do not have time for you.
