Ridiculously high prices! Exact vape juice that I used to buy online for $16.99 for 100 ml is $30 at White Dragon. Inexcusable, and I will NOT be returning.

My husband and I are somewhat new to vaping and the boy who helped us was patient and very helpful. I didn’t feel like he was trying to up sell me just to make an extra buck he helped me pick the right one for me and my price range and I’ll definitely be retuning for anything I may need. I highly recommend this place for all your vaping needs.

Ive been to dozens and dozens of vape shops over the years. They all tend to fall into one of 3 categories(in my personal experience). The first is a shop that is not friendly, they are clueless about the products they are selling, and tend to be overpriced. The next is the average shop with an alluring atmosphere, employees that know enough about the majority of their products to give you most of the answer you were looking for, and are a bit overpriced, but make up for it with decent point incentive programs that award discounts and freebies for accruing a specific purchase amount. And then, much like many Ive experienced out West, you have the GREAT ones. The ones who resonate passion. The ones who know their product inside and out. The ones who make you feel welcome and are clearly only interested in one thing, building a rapport with their customer and starting a lasting, profitable business-customer relationship. This place is EXACTLY THAT. The man who runs the place is the epitome of a go-getting entrepreneur who resonates passion and is filled with knowledge. I have made this my Go-To shop, even over the local shops near me. I cant state it any more clearly, GO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!! I leave happy and have no buyers remorse. Hands down the best shop in Central Indiana that I have visited. 5,000 stars!

This is a really nice place. The guy who helped me was really friendly, and normally I shop in Marion because it is cheaper to drive the distance then to shop at Cardinal Vapor in Muncie, but White Dragon is cheaper than my usual spot and the staff is way better than their Muncie competition.

Im pretty upset, I called there today Tuesday the 20th of April at 7:02 pm as Im getting off work and get no answer. So I decided to just go there as I am out of juice and coils, and wouldnt ya know it they are closed!! No sign on the door or nothing!! You cant get juice or coils online so now what, buy cigarettes that Ive been off of for 3 years!!!!

Great products and friendly staff. I am a semi-vetran getting back into the vape scene so my visit only took about 7 minutes. Cigarettes are gross; while vaporizers ARE NOT intended for quiting, e-liquid tastes so much better.

They helped me in deciding for a mod for my friend when she did not quite know what she wanted (went ahead and got a prismatic/rainbow/oil spill tpriv3, battery bay, and a bottle of dragon Slayer). Decent place overall but would be 5 stars if some of the best premium vape juice being Sugar Drizzle by Cuttwood wouldnt be stale old juice that the BOD BORN ON DATE WASNT 2 YEARS AGO

I hadnt thought about going to this shop until it was recommended. When I walked in I was immediately pleased with what I saw. The inventory looked packed and had more selections of juice, tanks, and mods than a lot of the places Ive been to. The guy who was there at the time was really nice and easy going. Had great suggestions when I asked him questions. I headed in just to check the place out with no intentions of buying anything, but ended up leaving with some juice. Kinda wish I found this place before upgrading to my current setup, but I cant wait for my next one, because I know exactly where Im going.

Always Friendly Staff. Great Vape selction. Staff is knowledgeable about the stuff they sell and never seem to have a bad time visiting the place.

Extremely helpful staff I worked with an extremely helpful guy named Sunshine who explained everything I needed to know on the differences between the tanks that they have on hand. Another member Annie was also extremely helpful she told me about several of the hundreds of flavors that they had. They have a whole bunch of old Arcade machines set up for you to play while you wait to be helped no quarters required. Overall the place has a great atmosphere and great selections will be coming back.

This is my favorite vape shop. The shop is filled with free arcade games, there are modern gaming systems for customer use & a pool table. Had a date here playing games with my boyfriend because I needed to buy oil!

Best vape shop in Muncie. I highly recommend over any other vape shop in the area. Very comfortable environment. Places to sit and enjoy trying out new products. Anyone rating below 5 stars apparently do not have much experience!

The staff is not overly friendly, they often seem condescending, or harassing. The selection of e-liquids is decent, but I suspect most mass produced liquids are formulated to ruin coils faster. I have a much better flavor and coil longevity with diy liquid, as well as spending 1/10th the price. All hardware at the shop seems to have an insane markup, unless on a special sale deal. I normally like to support local businesses, but I feel less and less like I should continue supporting this one, and Ive been a pretty good customer here for going on 4 years.

I went in White Dragon today not knowing anything about e-cigarettes or what I was looking for. They asked what I was wanting to do and I told them. They sold me an e-cigarette called SMOK and juice for it. Explained how it worked and set my SMOK up for me. They were awesome. They didnt try and sell me the most expensive product on their shelf and also helped me choose the juice I was looking for. I left spending a little over $35.00. Not knowing anything I could of spend hundreds of dollars but their goal was to satisfy my need and not how much they could sell me. I recommend White Dragon to everyone. They are awesome. Thank you White Dragon for helping me.

Imagine if Apple INC. hired and trained Managers and employees everywhere. Unfortunately they dont but I swear the guys at both White Dragon and The Vape Shop are top notch. They give you a true white glove expierence that makes you hang out and come back just to say hey! The type of environment owners everywhere would pay for!

Walking into this shop feels like walking into someone elses house unannounced. If you arent a regular customer, you can feel everyone elses eyes on you. You can tell theres a lot of favoritism by the employees. Most certainly dont feel welcome here. Selection of juice and mods/tanks is good Dont get me wrong but I just dont feel like this is a place that I want to be at for very long. Definitely not the same shop as it was a couple years ago.

Mods/vape kits ranging from $40-$120. Coils, pre-builts (actual coil, for rebuildables, $2-$5) ranging from $5-$11.They have so many juices that it would take MONTHS to test and try them all.
