Good polite service. There were a few shirts, Zeppelin and Sabbath, that I liked but I had to remind myself I dont need to be buying those right now. Im not Goth so there isnt a whole lot of other stuff in there that Im all that interested in. I always look at the band ts. Its a great store if you really like earrings, tongue rings, ect...no piercings on me. I do wear a lot of black though...

I love this location. Staff are super friendly, very helpful. If you need something that they don’t carry they will help you order it. Very fun place for collectibles as well.

I love Hot Topic. It might be full of pop stuff but you can still find really cool things. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I almost always shop at Hot Topic when i go to the mall.

Its expensive, and the morbid metals is no good. They have gotten rid of all the good metal band tees and replaced it with junk music. Nice staff but i cant recommend

They always have sales and fun finds here. I wouldn’t recommend their faux nails, but I really like the T-shirt quality. Really wish Hot Topic’s policy was not to have such aggressive store clerks, though - just let me browse in peace and come to you myself if I need help!

Hot topic used to be great, but now its just just full of stuff for pop punk kids and teenagers that think theyre edgy.

Lots of cool stuff, but my problem with this store is that theres too much stuff in a tiny room and customer service is always nice, but being asked every 2 minutes if you need help finding something after saying no can be a bit annoying.

Never have I been so unhappy with this place in the 15-20 years I have shopped here! I am a member of the rewards program and spend hundreds in this store yearly and maybe even more! I was stretching my gauges and was sold silicone plugs and was told I could wear them at night! Keep in mind I told the girl it was for a new stretch and while walking through the mall I noticed the packaging on the silicone plugs say to NOT WEAR THEM if not healed!!! I tried to return them and the girl was short and extremely rude! No returns on body jewelry, I understand that....but I was misinformed and sold something that I now struggle with daily! They collapse in my ear every single night and I can barely wear them. I will never recommend this store to anyone and me and my partner will never step foot in the store in Muncie, Indiana again.

I will be 100% doing my business with Spencers from now on seeing how this place will not even use coupons you have on your phone!
