Came in at five on a Sunday. No staff were present but the helpful signage got me going. No atm, but could get cash at the gas station for 3.25 fee. Spent a total of 8.00 here for a heaping basket of laundry, atm fee not included, brought my own soap.No signs for wifi password that I saw, and presumably staff are needed to be present to process a card payment, or maybe thats just dry cleaning.Job got done though, and the website-promised extras were the issue. 4 stars.

The White Spot is the best laundry in town. They have recently remodeled and added new machines. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been a customer of the White Spot for close to 30 years for basic and special laundry needs.

Ive never been so embarrassed. We went in with a voucher to help with our laundry (we also had some money.) that said it is good from 8-12, but a friend said no, they only take them until 11. So, we made sure to be there. We arrived at 10:20, and an older blonde woman working there, obviously and rudely announced that, no. Vouchers are done by 10 a.m. She carried on loud enough for everyone in the place to turn and stare at us, about how they(I assume she meant whomever issued the voucher) KNOW better. That EVERYONE knows that, so NO. (Obviously not. I had never used a voucher before.) She at least said she was sorry, and it would have been acceptable, had she not been so snide and sarcastic about it.Honestly, if I werent in a rough spot financially, I wouldnt ever go back there, but they are the only place the vouchers are accepted. The woman totally humiliated us. Very. Rude.

I come here a few times a month during the night. I love that its open 24 hours, it helps me get laundry done in my busy schedule. I do wish that the dryers did work more, I used to spend about 6 dollars trying to get my clothes at least somewhat dry without success, but I just started putting them in for about 10 minutes to get damp and let them air dry at home. Overall though it is well taken care of

Always clean, lots of places to sit and read while you are waiting. The machines work well, and are a good price. We have a washer and dryer, but I bring my comforters a few times a year, and they get clean, fluffy, and dont loose thier quality that I can see :)

Its clean and offers three different sizes of washers and dryer. There is a gas station right across the street. And its on campass so 24 hour police presence.

I recently moved to Muncie from Indianapolis. I used Classic Cleaners there. I have been dropping off my laundry (for my wife & I) every two weeks for the last 3 months, and have found the White Spot Laundry on Reserve and University, to exceed my expectations. It is a very clean establishment, with a very helpful, and cheery, facility Manager. They offer same day service, but I do not need it that quick... I usually pick my things up in two days. Ever since my second trip to the Laundry, they have welcomed me by name, which I think is a nice personal feature. They always have the shirts and trousers on hangers, and the rest of my things are neatly folded, along with my laundry bag. I am very happy with the service I receive, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Bob

Count the quarters after you exchange any amount of change. I always seem to get ripped off. Luckily, they always reimburse me quickly and without fuss.

Decent place to wash laundry. With 80lb washers that can take up to 8 to 9 loads in a single wash. Plus a pool table to pass the time. All machines seemed to work fine and quickly. Well maintained area. I give a rating of 4/5 because of the bathroom accessibility for handicapped. It does have access to the facilities in the building but not good bathroom facilities.

Nice and clean, but dryers suck. They dont get hot enough. I used a 50lb dryer which should get hotter than a normal dryer and it took a $1.75 to dry the 2 loads of laundry I had.

Pretty affordable prices

They have dryer machines in there that say they hold up to 80 pounds and if you use the machine your clothes will get done faster. We put less than 80 pounds in and after spending almost $4-$5 to get them done some of our stuff was still wet. Don’t trust their machines. They are like Vegas slot machines and will just eat your money.

Honestly, how do you have a 24-hour laundromat with no bathroom? This place is dingy and claustrophobia-inducing, and ridiculously overpriced to boot. I get that it’s been there forever, but say it with me, change is good!I was staying in town for just a couple of months, and despite the fact White Spot was less than half a mile from where I was staying, after the first miserable trip here, I drove the 3 miles to Laundry Basket every subsequent time, and highly recommend anyone else do the same.

While White Spot has made some changes to improve its interior and exterior presentations, it is still the same old same old. My advice for anyone in the Muncie Indiana area, would be to use the bee clean laundry located on Wheeling, or on East 12th, Memorial, streets. Be clean laundry is owned by A Man Named Dave Jennings who not only is one of the most professional owners that you will meet, but is beyond kind and considerate for the customers that visit his establishments!

Clean and well kept laundry

They’re making efforts to update the inside. The machines are nice also!! I did have an issue about two weeks ago where someone had candy in their pockets in the dryer right before me. So when I dried my clothes I got melted candy all over and had to re wash everything! But it’s not white spot’s fault. Only complaint I have is when employees aren’t there, there’s drunks and teenagers loitering inside, up to no good and harassing customers asking for money. I only go during the day now.

Store was clean, yet people were sleeping in the store like it was thier personal haven. Some of the machines were down.

I was there Wednesday night and saw five cockroaches in the time it took me to do my laundry. Not to mention the large crack that runs through the center of the facility that looks fairly dangerous. Definitely nowhere I will ever go again.
