This location is pretty good, the parking is a little weird as it’s in the back by Jimmy John’s. I haven’t had an issue with anything and of course it’s by a college campus so they’re open late, major plus for me. Their cookies are standard I’ve gotten some here in Muncie and I’ve gotten some in broad ripple and they’re very comparable. Pro tip: download the app for the rewards program & screenshot the reward barcode scanner (it’s much easier when it comes time to scan).

The price is a bit high to be honest but the cookies and ice cream are amazing! if the price doesn’t bother you i highly recommend it! i only saw one worker when I was there and they were very nice and helped suggest flavors for us to try. i had some strawberry chesee cake ice cream and it was incredible

I had a wonderful experience working with Mary. My friend was outside of the store’s delivery area so she helped me with an online order and her own recommendations on what makes a nice gift. Thank you very much - my friends loved them and the cookies were delicious!

Was absolutely delicious. Only issue is the girl who scooped our ice cream was not wearing gloves. Please make sure you are wearing your gloves people. You’re touching and serving our food with your hands.. at least cover them.

I love the deluxe chocolate chunk cookies. They are super soft, except the last 2 times I went they were pretty hard. I hope whoever made them the first couple of times I went make them again. Prices are fair. Some employees are nicer than others. I had a fee run ins with some rude employees. Customer service could use a step up. Restaurant is clean. Service is quick. This is a good place to go if you are craving something sweet. And I mean super sweet!

Went for a friends birthday for a snack ~ great cookies. went mid day with no other customers in sight, but cashier still managed to act inconvenienced. oh well. cookies were warm and gooey and we each got a different flavor and shared bites!

Ordered cookies for delivery and they forgot part of my order. They were not the best at resolving the issue. When I did receive the cookies they were all overbaked and hard. Ive ordered from them before several times and never had an issue like this. It was definitely not worth the money I spent.

I would like my money back please. I placed an order this morning so it would be done on time. I called on the store and waited on the phone for 20 minutes and then gave up and drove to the store and the lights were out, the door was locked and its closed. There was a mix up with a delivery that my sister sent me, so they messaged me directly and asked when the best time was for me to have the cookies delivered. They were so kind and flexible! The cookies were also delicious.

Ive always loved this location. Do not take advantage of this locations curb side delivery. I sat out front for about 5 minutes waiting for my order to be delivered while I was getting yelled at by passing traffic.

This was our first time visiting Insomnia Cookies. Jason helped up us with picking out cookies and letting us know about the menu items. He was professional, courteous and excellent in his service. Not only was Jason awesome but the cookies were awesome. We will definitely be coming back and referring others here. Thank you Jason for the great experience.

Ultimately not worth it. Have now had to call in several times for an order coming in multiple hours late for a refund. Disappointing even when the cookies do arrive, which will never be on time.

Absolutely disgusted. I will not be ordering anymore cookies from this store. My husband went out to grab some cookies this evening. After paying $12 for ice cream/cookie sandwiches, we opened our boxes to find the ice cream was already completely melted. We only live 3 minutes away, at most. The cookies were hard as bricks and they tasted burnt. Extremely upset that I spent that much on something I wont even eat.

I placed an order at 9:54am on Monday 6/13 with a request for delivery at 12:00pm to a couple friends as a birthday treat. I received a call at 11:31am to say they may not make it on time, due to being short a driver, and it may be 5:00pm before they could make it. No worries, I requested it be moved to the next day because the office would be closed. I was super surprised when I got a call at 12:12pm from one of the recipients saying they just received their cookies and they are delicious. Every time I order from Insomnia cookies I am pleased and today was no different. They have great customer service and especially in this case went the extra mile to make sure that my order was fulfilled on time. Thank you so much!

Ordered online at 2:20 and I never received my cookies. I tried to call the store but received a customer service representative. When I called back and selected the “place an order” option, hoping I could actually speak with my store, I was met with a different representative who was rude and unsympathetic. They supposedly canceled the order but I of course have to now wait days to see if the money will actually be refunded. This was one of my first times actually ordering from insomnia myself and I think it’ll be my last. Ultimate disappointment. Would not recommend

We ordered these cookies at work for delivery with an estimated delivery wait of 30-45 minutes. The cookies arrived in about 15 minutes and were extremely warm and amazing. Love this place.

The detailed version with video has been sent to Insomnia Cookies corporate, Krispy Kreme corporate (parent company of Insomnia Cookies), and JAB Holding Company (owner of Krispy Kreme and Insomnia).When I placed the order, we were told by Cameron, the manager, that it would be a 15 minute wait. No problem - we can wait 15 minutes.The cookies took 45 minutes. When I asked Cameron about the discrepancy, he said four times Its not my problem (I have this on the video that has been sent to Insomnia, KK, and JAB).I think it will be Camerons problem very soon.

I have always loved getting insomnia cookies delivered to the dorms. The cookies are always warm and fresh. But tonight I went into the actual store to buy cookies. I will NEVER go into the store again. I ordered three cookies. I watched 7 other people who ordered after me get their cookies. More than 15 minutes went by before I could get the employees attention. There was only one other employee in the building and he was sitting in the corner texting on his cell phone the entire time. The one girl apologized and got my cookies for me...or so I thought. When I got home, none of the cookies she gave me were the ones I ordered. This is my first bad experience, but it was honestly bad enough that it makes me want to never order again.

The absolute rudest employeeI have ever met. He said, “I am too stressed to deal with this.” The other employee stood against the wall looking at his phone doing absolutely nothing to wait on customers. Will not be back because of the customer service. He seemed so annoyed that we had walked through the door.

I got yelled at by Ashley, the store manager, on 9/18/2017 at about 12:30 AM when I asked why I was charged for a different item than the one I ordered. She told me you read the sign wrong. Thats not my problem, thats your problem and told the cashier I was speaking with you did the right thing. Shes wrong in front of me.She was extremely rude, aggressive, and demeaning to me when I asked for clarification and pointed out how I was charged incorrectly. Finally, another customer -- a complete stranger -- had to step in to tell her to stop being rude and that she was going to make a complaint. I have never been treated that way by anyone: server, cashier, or manager. What kind of manager yells at the customers, EVER? The cashier tried to offer me a refund, but I refused it because I didnt want him to get yelled at by his manager later and because the manager had caused a huge scene that held up the line.The sign had pricing for a cookiewich, a deluxe cookiewich, and a bigwich. The cookiewich uses traditional cookies and ice cream, a deluxe cookiewich uses ice cream and deluxe cookies with the price reflecting a $3 upcharge, and the bigwich uses icing did not have separate pricing based on the type of cookie. Seeing this, I asked the cashier if I could use a deluxe cookie on my bigwich. He agreed, and charged me for a deluxe cookiewich ($8) instead and prepared a bigwich for me. I was not offered a reciept, but I caught a glance of the stores reciept printing and saw that was what he did. When I got back in line to ask him, the manager very rudely told me that because I ordered deluxe cookies on my bigwich, they were going to charge me for the deluxe cookiewich instead of the bigwich, even though the signage did not reflect a difference in price for this product and I was not informed at the time of the transaction.Corporate needs to be aware that1) if they are going to have a policy of upcharging, they need to communicate this on the sign for every product they will upcharge for. They need to make a separate deluxe bigwich item or indicate IN PRINT that an upcharge will be assessed for ordering deluxe cookies on a sandwich.2) if they dont communicate this on the sign, stores dont get to invent their own policy of charging the customer for a completely different item, and blaming the customer by telling them you didnt read it right. Thats not my problem, thats your problem when customers take the sign at face value3) their store management needs to be SERIOUSLY evaluated if this is the way managers are speaking to customers. I was appalled and I was shaking as I was being yelled at by an employee of the store. This is never an acceptable way to treat anyone, much less a customer.

Waited for over 2 hours on an order of 6 cookies, called twice to ask where my order was and they told me an hour apart that the order was out for delivery. Will not be ordering from this place again. What a joke.
