I have loved Toys are us since I was a child. They usually had the hard to find toys. The prices are slightly higher than say Wal-Mart, but they only sold kids stuff. Old kids and young kids. I will miss them. Right now the sales arent over the top 40%-50%. But its worth a look.

Ive been here a handful of times. There is a very large selection of toys for a wide range of ages. I liked using the online ordering and store pickup for a large item I purchased. Its also nice if you do not want to be bothered with wandering a child filled store! Its slightly chaotic in here, but its a toy store. So thats probably to be expected.

Nostalgia at its finest. Its adorable to see my daughter go wide eyed in the realization that were going to a store dedicated to just toys. Its a shame to see it go.

Good reason why they are going out of business. They are way overpriced. They appeal to peoples love towards their babies to rip them off which cheap Chinese products that they mark up incredibly high. Their going out of business sale is a rip off. Even at their closing prices you can still get their products much cheaper at other stores.

Fun place to shop for toys. Bring the kids along. You might find a better selection here than the more limited toy departments in some of Muncies big box stores.

I had a very good experience. I was greeted at the door by a person who was very knowledgeable on the product and at the regester a cashier opened a line so i could check out quicker. Thank you

Great place to find anything your child needs. If you take them though they wont want to leave.

They need to keep there shelves clutter free and make sure everything is stocked so I dont have a hard time locating something.

Shopped here for granddaughters birthday and thanks to ToysRUs it was a one stop shopping trip

I will always have fond memories of Toys R Us. He remembers a child going to the one in Castleton with my aunt and uncle. We arrived there and found the GI Joe serpentor figure. That was 30 some years ago I still have this toy I love it to this day. I will miss Toys R Us. I dont want to grow up Im a Toys R Us kid theres a million billion toys that I can play with from trains to Planes 2 video games insa greatest oyster there is I dont want to grow up because if I did I wouldnt be as a Toys R Us kid. Sadly I think we all have to grow up now. Theres rumors that someone will buy it out the name will continue but I dont know that itll still be our Toys R us. Maybe itll be something better but it wont be the same I miss you Jeffrey. Im sorry to all of the employees that no longer have jobs and the kids that know how longer have a place to wander animazement of all the possibilities that they could have.

Too expensive. Toys and other items average $2 to $5 more here than other big box stores like Walmart, Target, and Meijer. No wonder the company has gone under.

My 3 yr old son was recently attacked by cane Corso mastiff. It was very traumatic as it ripped the left side of his scalp off clear to his skull. While we were in the ambulance he was being so strong, tough and brave as we were talking about his love for super heros. I promised him that I would get him the batmobile power wheel that he had been wanting for so long. We came to toys r us in Muncie IN searching for the batmobile once he was released from the hospital. He ended up finding a police truck that he liked much better. There was an employee named Courtney who helped us with all of our questions and she was so sweet and wonderful. When we made it to the check out register, she was there waiting on us. She had an awesome police costume and GAVE IT to my son. It touched my heart so much I could have cried. This woman truly went above and beyond and made this even more special for my child and I cannot thank her enough. You have a wonderful group of employees and will forever have my business.

Great atmosphere for the kids and the staff just make it even better

Going out of bed business sale is the only way to afford anything there! Spent over $200 but got multiple birthdays and Christmas gifts for several grandkids!

Its going out of business so you have to give it 5 stars.

Always clean, plenty of shopping carts, lots of the newest toys to select from. Not quite on the main strip, so giving someone directions can still be difficult if they dont have a smartphone or GPS to get them there. They do have a lot of Buy one get on at a percent off but I havnt seen anything for buy one get one free :( Wal-mart and Best Buy are both near buy so prices seem competitive for kids electronics: from what I have taken the time to price.Store can seem dead at times, which is probably bad for business, but it makes the employees more-than-willing to help :)I would much rather give these guys the business than the other department stores: if they have what I need.

Staff isnt always the most intelligent, but between the college students and the adults telling them what to do, Ive always gotten taken care of. Theyve got lots of options as far as toys and even have quite a few choices in kids clothes, beds, strollers, etc.
