Great job and price on hat. Staff terrible. One was on cell phone, one at counter didnt look up to acknowledge I was standing there. I should add only customer in store. The one that waited on me was a waste of our time. When grandson tried on hat I questioned the fit and he just shrugged. If he hadnt wanted hat so bad would have walked out. Then suppose to call when hat done. Never did so we checked on hat they are standing there talking and again ignored. I have paid for a lot of hats from there for my sons and grandsons. They will not receive another dime of my money.

Shopped there multiple times. Never had a bad experience. Had a few hats stitched. Turned out great.

Hats are too expensive on the average. Some special prices on very few are reasonable.
