The representatives were very polite and courteous prompt with serving me they or very good too check me over and recondition what needed to be done especially cleaning and replacing things on my hearing aids to help my hearing be a little easier he took time to explain how to use the Bluetooth on adjusting some of my hearing needs to tweak it so this time I will say thank you for your courteous service

I was very pleased with the kind service I received. I am glad I choose to go there.

There use to be another girl there and she cleaned my hearing aid and put it on a machine to make sure it was working. the new girl, all I actually saw her do was brush the back of The hearing aid off . She didn’t hook it to any machine and listen to hear if it was working or not. . I know they did more than that I was only there 5 minutes.

Did a good hearing test. Did not like it that you were not told prices that are more available to you. That should be shared upfront. It’s hard enough being on Social Security and then get told that your hearing aids are going to be $5000 and wasn’t given another option with price. So I returned and all the sudden was given a different option that was not given to me in the first place
