I live in Noblesville but will always and only take my Harley to Bensons for service and maintenance. Love the staff and service second to none.

All around good service. You can find stuff cheaper, but it is worth it to just get it done quickly and correctly.

This place saved my motorcycle vacation life. Im on a very long road trip and I made the mistake for under estimating the tread I had remaining before leaving Kansas. I have a unique size for my Honda Fury rear tire. They were the only dealership that had one in stock. And they only had 1. Being a harley davidson dealership I had my doubt because, back home they refuse to touch anything but HD. But this place took care of me. They were able to get my rear tire replaced and out within an hr with their already busy schedules. This place is amazing.If I wasnt gonna be able to get a new tire Id have to cut my 6k total road trip cross country down to only 2miles and go back home with risk of being on metal.This place is amazing and I highly recommend them.

Sad my husband and i came here to look at bikes we were looking at the used bikes for almost a half hour and even came out and looked at the new bikes was ready to make a cash purchase but NO ONE asked if we needed any help found what we were looking for nothing only a hello when we first walked in guess we will be going to Ft Wayne tomorrow!

I walked in with zero knowledge about Harleys or cruisers in general. I ride an R1 so its a bit of a change of pace(pun intended). Jeff was super helpful and patient with me while explaining different models/features/options. Took this beautiful bike out for a test ride and really enjoyed it! Even if this one is gone before I am in the market, I will gladly go back and work with Jeff in a heartbeat.

Everyone here was wonderful! We drove all morning to see a 2005 883 and they were ready for us when we arrived even though they were having an event. The bike was spotless, they had done a service and safety check and the paperwork was ready. We have been very happy with the bike and we would do business with them any day!

The owner is on the floor and everyone is helpful every time I visit. We lost our dealer and Im sure my next bike will come from Bensons.

Phil & Tre from parts & service are extremely knowledgeable & very professional.

Took our bike there to have motor work done. Was told it would take five hours to do. They had bike for over a week and when we called to check on it was told they had not got to it. Also when we took bike in there the bike ran fine, cruise control worked, regulator was fine, clutches were fine and no marks on white walls of tires. Needless to say when we picked bike up after them having it almost two weeks, the cruise control doesnt work,clutch is slipping, regulator wasnt working and Marks all over tires. Needless to say we will NEVER go back there. And Phil and Devin was rude as can be. Phil even threatened my fiance with Im a 35 year veteren.

I recently bought a used Harley from Benson and could not be more happy with the entire process. Every one was extremely helpful and I feel I got a more then fair price. If you are looking for a new bike or service give them a chance. Their prices were better then anywhere in Indianapolis. We purchased our 1st harley from this location everybody is very helpful. They have experience Mechanics at this location. Had issues trying to redeem our Harley Davidson Visa rewards for clothing ( They have a nice selection). Call HD Visa the rewards were sent. Went back into the store and they used our points for the clothing and refund the cash we had used. Nice selection of New and Used bikes.

I had a great experience at Benson. I went in to get a key made to replace one for my dad’s bike that was passed on to me when he passed away. The staff was knowledgable and went above and beyond for me, and let me know they were sorry for Dad’s passing. I definitely approve of this place.

I have a Honda Shadow and these guys have been amazing! Most of the Harley shops Ive been into have been pretty pretentious even before they find out what I ride, and everyone at Bensons Harley have been super nice and helpful.

I was looking for a bulb for my headlight and the big box auto stores did not have them in stock, nor offer to order one for me. They simply said check Benson and good luck. It should be noted here that I have a 1983 Honda Nighthawk, not a Harley. When I got there my bulb did not have a model number so the guy at the parts counter tried to find a part number online with no success, so he went a step further and called the Honda dealer in Anderson for me to see if they could help. Luckily another worker finished with his customer, took one look at my bulb and disappeared into the back and came out with a box full of my bulbs. They really went the extra mile to help me even though I dont own a Harley and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Took my bike in to have bags put on post to only take two hours where on day two call to talk to them all they can say is where working on it

I was in town from out of state visiting family. I have been to dealerships in several states. This is the first one Ive been in and was never acknowledged. No one greeted me upon entrance, no one approached me as I was browsing merchandise and I browsed nearly their entire inventory . As I looked at bikes, still no one approached me. I nearly walked out, but decided to buy a poker chip, hat and decal. I paid for my items ; the cashier was almost friendly. I walked out and looked at the bikes for sale on the sidewalk ; still no one approached me??? I had entertained the thought of purchasing my second bike today but I encountered a lack of customer service. Their loss.
