I went to this U-haul place for the first time this weekend. It was very quick, both picking up and dropping off. The frizzy hair guy was very polite and helpful. Those of you who think a business should be perfect every time, are misguided. Life is too short for that carap. Be safe people.

They called me the night before the move to inform me that they didnt have a truck for us and that we could drive two hours in the opposite direction to pick up a different truck. Then said that we would get a $50 reimbursement. When I called customer service they said I cant get the $50 for them not having the truck because I declined another offer and didnt want to drive two hours in the opposite direction. Do not waste your time I recommend Penske they were great.

The people at the store are friendly enough, the prices reasonable, and the equipment is fairly new. I drove a 2019 Ford 250 Traveler Cargo Van which was in great shape and got excellent mileage. The only problem that I had was when calling the local number I did NOT talk to the people at the local store. Rather, it was a representative at a third-party call center and they quoted me a price WITHOUT the SafeMove insurance as I requested at the beginning of my telephone conversation. This IS the reason for my four star rating. Otherwise, everything was aboveboard. Get rid of the computer answering machine and replace it with a live person and give more accurate rate quotes would be my only two suggestions.

I didnt ever think I would be rating a U-Haul facility, but this place deserves 5 stars and more! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the truck was clean in the cab and back, and checking the truck back in was very easy and straight forward. I commend U-Haul for making use of an old, large space and parking lot. I want to stress again how nice everyone was that I dealt with.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This facility deserves a zero stars! We rented an Auto Transport to take a vehicle from Indiana to Arkansas, the price before tax and insurance was quoted at $408. After checking our bank account, we were charged over $600! The reason they gave was that we purchase $198 of merchandise from the store...that NEVER HAPPENED, and it overdrafted our bank account! They finally said that they will refund the $198, but not our overdraft fees (which only occurred because of them)!!!

Great service! Vehicles were newer and in great condition.Friendly staff. Ample parking. Easy drop off for the bigger 24-ers.Easy on/off highway.

Best price you will find for a small storage unit around here. U-haul would only let me get a unit here, despite it still being under construction when I got it in June. I showed up multiple times to the doors being locked or no one answering the walkie talkie they left out to page them. It took me over an hour to get my unit because the man there didnt seem to know how to use a computer at all. The staff is very friendly, but dont seem to know what they are doing. Hopefully it gets better as they are open longer.

Great storage place and I highly recommend... They have multiple levels of security along with many different sized units.

I have returned two trailers to this location that I had rented one way from out of town, the guy in the parking lot was very quick and extremely helpful in the return process. And the extended hours are much appreciated.

Its a very big uhaul store. They seem to have problems with their check in system. We were there for 10 minutes trying to get checked in but their computer wouldnt work. Id recommend online check in if you need to rent a truck. They also have moving boxes, bungy cords, as well as bike racks

Didnt have any trucks for rental, but it was move in weekend for BSU, so I cut them a little slack. If they knew the demand was there you would think the would get some from another franchise just in case...

Absolutely the worst! So apparently they have these pick up uhaul available 24/7 what they dont tell you is you need the app and Internet connection. We went to pickup our uhaul out in the dead zone.... I barely got phone connection. Took 3 calls talking to 3 different people and waiting over 2hrs for someone to just give us the code to lock,box!! So unreal... and upsetting as we had helpers to help move and had to be postponed. On top of that we get back had a situation that was covered by the uhaul insurance and they have yet to reimburse us or respond back to my calls or emails and Im speaking of our uhaul locally in town. Yes we rented a U-Haul to travel out of state, so expensive and you wont get any of your money back.... only nice thing was WE got lucky and got a newer model uhaul by some chance which was nice. Overall Ill only use them for local travel never long distance again

These stars can go up or down, Im reviewing as I sit here. Ive been sitting here for an hour now. Waiting to have trailer hitch installed. Installer hasnt arrived yet. So much for the first hour. This is the Muncie Indiana location.

Had a reservation for a month in advance only to get a call the morning before telling me they dont have my equipment. Waited in the store over an hour for a truck size a didnt want. If I didnt have a need for a 1 way trip Id never spend my money at this company.
