This store stocks almost anything my band students ever needed. If they dont stock it, they get it in like 2 or 3 days. Very friendly people, and they dont overcharge like some other music stores in central Indiana.

I have been to Muncie Music many times over the years for my music needs. Their customer service is excellent, their selection is great, and the store is just absolutely amazing! It is a clean and professional environment, but it is also a musicians paradise! If you are looking for a great local music shop, try them.

THIS PLACE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. I am from out of state, and was on fly gig in Muncie. Due to travel complications, I had an emergency gear need in order to do the gig I was in town to play. I messaged Muncie Music Center on facebook at Midnight on Saturday night and explained my situation. By 8:00am Sunday morning I was on the phone with the owner, Dave, and by 10:00am, he opened up the store for me during off hours. Dave was so friendly, understanding, and helpful in this whole process. Dave and the folks at Muncie music center are top notch. If you are in this area, look no further for your music needs. Music industry aside, customer service to this extent in ANY industry is rare.

I need a store that meets my needs.I studied and adored music all my life. However, in order to support my family, it required I find a career in which I could excel.Today, I want to renew my performing arts. I live outside Muncie. I cannot get off work and get there before this place closes.It seems in a world of online competition, the least a store could do is meet the needs of the consumer.

Been several days still waiting on my email to finish setting up my online account for my daughter. Requested the spelling of her name to be fixed on the paperwork and pay slips. Never responded. And the worst was getting set up. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE with children of special needs in their store! Sad we dont have more options for our children in band. They all need properly trained on how to help their customers not throw fits, be rude, impatient, and non-responsive!
