The staff was very helpful.I have owned 3 Electrolux vacuums in 52 years of marriage.The quality is superior to other brands I have tried.I am having one of my older models repaired now.We use it in the garage and basement. It is about 25 yrs old.It works better than a Dyson I tried.

Electrolux has been in our family for 4 generations...my parents still have their canister from the 70’s ! I have the upright and shampooer and love the great job they have done!

They lost my vacuum and then expected me to pay full price for the tune up, like nothing happened, when they finally found it 9 weeks later! I will always be an ELECTROLUX customer, but not at this location! Poor ownership.
