They have a vast selection of products and their website is easy to navigate and check out. I always seem to have many questions about the things Im buying and they are quick to respond to emails and also in chat. They are personable and go out of their way to help you and answer all the questions you have. I generally deal with Nat when I have questions or issues and she resolves my problems right away. If I could give ten star rating I would. Its nice to know there are still decent companies around that focus on the customer and making them happy!

Update. Been in contact with Daniel and he has resolved almost all of my issues. Last issue is out of his control but they have come through in a huge way since my last review. I haven’t used my new controller and equipment yet but I am glad they resolved every last issue I had. Thanks to all of the guys at the Dj hookup. I am happy with my purchase.

The worst customer service ever. I had an issue with my shipping address, and wanted to pick up my package from a UPS hub, but the manager refused to help. I will never buy from this place again.

Nat in customer care was amazing! I chatted in to half pretend I was going to get a set up with no serious plans to. Nat was very helpful, super patient, and laid out all my options for getting the Pioneer RX2 Id been eyeing for some time. I ended up settling on lay away for only 10% down, which is a great option! I was even able to get it for the killer discounted price, even though its on lay away! They also do all sorts of financing so you can get the set up you want on pretty much whatever budget. I used to go to Sam Ash and Sweetwater, but with the customer service, best pricing and payment options at The DJ Hookup I have found my new spot. Do yourself a favor and get some gear from them.

Great deals and AWESOME customer support. I purchased XDJ controller from them back in December since they had the best price and it came with a FREE Odyssey case ($230 value). For several reasons I did not get the chance to actually use it until May and only then I discovered it was defective (high pitch sound in headphones on CUE). Pioneer tech support directed me to one of the repair places, but I decided to contact The DJ Hookup not expecting much, since it was way past the return window (90 days). They immediately took ownership of the issue (Sara) and got Pioneer to issue RMA#, so once I shipped the defective unit to the manufacturer - two days later I got a brand new controller from the DJ Hookup. They could have ignored me, but they did not and that is why I totally recommend them. Thanks!
