Needed a 2.5 inch PVC fitting, home depot said they dont exist, so I called Ferguson and they shipped it out and it arrived the next day. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. Dont waste your time with any other place for plumbing supplies these guys are great !

I went to Ferguson Plumbing in Mundelein today to find a connecting piece for a water filter for my kitchen sink. The person helping me was not helpful in the least. When I asked him if there was a way he could check the size of the screw I was trying to match he would not even look at it or help me in any way with the match. When I gave him my the measurements I had gotten he said he had nothing to match that and had no idea how to find them. Not interested at all in helping me.

I absolutely would recommend Ferguson to anyone looking for bathroom or kitchen fixtures. I purchased bathroom fixtures and shower door their recently. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and nice; helping me choose what would meet my needs and within my price range. The fixtures were ordered on Thursday morning and were delivered to my doorstep Friday morning, less than 24 hours. The Kohler shower door I ordered was delivered this morning. The delivery person was absolutely the nicest. The personnel, products, and prices are great! Highly recommend.

Needed an unusual adapter for 1in. PVC to 2in. PVC for a project. Josh at Ferguson put together a couple pieces to make it work. Done. Being a DIYer, this helped me out tremendously.
