No wonder theyre going out of business… the worst customer service I’ve experienced due to ignorance.. When I arrived I was the only the other person there out of one other family and patiently waited for them to finish up. While I’m waiting another individual comes in and once the first family is done the only sales rep there bee lines to the lady who came in after me. I made eye contact with him which he acknowledged that I was waiting but I guess because of my appearance and being on the younger end (early 20s) he just assumed I wasn’t a serious customer?!? Absolutely ridiculous. Lost a sale due to ignorance.

We went there twice and salesperson Mr. Kenneth Davis was very helpful. Even though he was all alone in the store, was trying his best to connect with all customers at once. Some of the customers were rude but he was calm and helping all customers. I really appreciate his efforts.

Store manager Ken gave us a VIP treatment great personality he’s an asset to your company. My wife and I can understand why he’s a manager

Great sales people and products. Asked a price range right off the back so they werent showing us beds we would drool over, but never afford. Even helped us a little with the price at the end to make sure we were not braking the bank on our new bed. Thanks Joshua! You were a pleasure to deal with.

It was my first time buying a mattress on my own. The manager was very respectful of my budget and my checklist. I found him to be very knowledgable about the pros and cons of the various types of mattress. Jeff was so knowledgeable about the mattress buying process. What I like most is that we didn’t talk about prices he just had me try several beds based on my needs but did not promote any specific bed. He wanted to make sure I was most comfortable. He was so patient and knew every answer and could address all of my concerns. I worked with Chris S. for my recent king size mattress and bed frame purchase. I have zero experience or expertise in this type of thing so I was a little unsure of what to expect when I went into the store. With so many types, brands, and pricing available picking the right mattress can be a difficult and confusing chore. We spent a lot of time in the store testing and retesting.
