Brought in an old 79 evinrude outboard that was having issues, they fixed it up and it has worked great ever since, no problems, even fixed some DIY mistakes I made on it too.

Have ben building a boat for fishing the river. Have been there quite a bit the past couple months picking up seats fluids gass out board ect.the people are very friendly and always happy to answer any questions you may have. I would rather shop here then the box stores. I always try to put out the word if someone asks me where to pick up parts.

We have been customers of Ahlstrand for several years now and have always thought they provided excellent service. I am writing now to personally thank Vern who came out to fix a drive pin that I had broken. Even though it is their busy delivery season, he was out within 3 days of my call and even came back the next morning to complete the repair. A boating season saved!

I had my boat serviced for the first time at Ahlstrand Marine. They were recommended by a workmate. What a great experience. This is a family operated business and it has a fabulous feel and look. They have a great selection of items that you might need that you can stroll through and racks and racks of parts behind the counter. I also got a great deal on a prop. I will be returning again and again.

Not to many boats for sale

I was coming in for a large pick up of items from the store. Called ahead so they would have it all ready. I called them and said I would be getting there at 5pm as they close BC of heavy traffic. They said they would NOT wait. Even though I said I needed it for a fishing trip. I will NEVER, EVER shop in your store again. I will gladly take all my boats up north for service. I am in the boat industry and disgusted by your customer service, I will be doing anything I can to steer my clients away from you. DO NOT SHOP HERE. OVER PRICED GARBAGE ANYWAY.

I bought my fishing craft at the boat show but have purchased a lot of things at Ahlstrand. Ive stored it there a few seasons also. They are great people and I have no complaints.

Horrible customer service, ordered a part and wanted it shipped via FedEx but they sent it via usps. Part got stuck in Chicago for a week so far,called to see if they would do something to help but didnt even consider listening to me. Thought maybe since they didnt ship by my directions they would have offered to ship another one and have me return the other. The only thing they did do was refund my FedEx Shipping charge. Have to wait another week to get back on the water.
