Amazing service! Super friendly and sweet. Danielle, the piercer there, was super helpful and calmly explained everything along the way. She offers assistance even after the pierce is complete and is super supportive about answering any questions. Would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Danielle is an amazing piercer and a great educator. Been going to her for years (yes, because she’s that good) and bringing people who’ve wanted new piercings or had failed piercings. She is so efficient I barely feel anything and it’s over. She is such a smooth piercer.She is great at answering questions, providing easy-to-follow aftercare instructions, and has an amazing selection of surgical grade titanium and real gold (and white gold) jewelry. Highly recommend this true professional at her craft.

Danielle has done 5 piercings for me. Nose, Monroe, Tragus, Conch and Daith. She is so warm and has a super relaxing energy about her. I do not do well with new environments and some shops make you feel like an outsider. This is not the case with Lake Street. Everyone is so welcoming to everyone, no matter what your experience level is. I just got a 4 hour piece and Alex did an amazing job on my arm. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he custom drew my artwork so it is all my own. The session was super relaxing and he made me very comfortable. Appointments are kinda far out for them right now, but I promise you, it is absolutely WORTH IT!!

I was nervous about getting my septum pierced but Danielle was amazing and talked me through the entire process. She helped calm me, told me what to expect during the process and what to expect for healing. She has SEVERAL options of top of the line jewelry on hand for any type of piercing, the knowledge and professionalism to do it all, great chair side manner and most importantly was EXTREMELY clean and sterile! I am not disappointed and will definitely be returning to her.

Great service and super friendly! :) but earrings are supppper overpriced! I looked up the ears that I purchased that were $80 EACH! found them later sold as a SET for $60.00 and the ones I purchased from them are already bent and jewel fell off one of them. Wish they didnt make you buy their jewelry or at least price it close to what they are.

I was here yesterday to get my ears pierced by Danielle. Everything was spotless and I received a ton of helpful information. Danielle helped me pick earrings that suited me, sterilized everything before hand, and walked me through the differences in earing quality, composition, and materials. I’ve had my last three piercings done here, 2 brand new and one a year ago, and each time was the best experience with piercings I’ve had. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made sure the anatomy of my ear was compatible with the piercings I wanted and then explained everything step by step through the process. I also love that she autoclaves everything right in the room, so you know everything is sterile. My last piercing healed so nicely and I’m sure my new ones will too. I’ll always go to Danielle for future piercings.

Danielle always takes care of her customers and make them feel special. Shes always taking the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. She sells quality jewelry from respectable vendors and always has your best interest in mind. Personally, I havent been pierced there, but Danielle has been able to take my poorly done piercings and heal them. She has trouble shooted all of my piercings and I cannot thank her enough for that. Just got a helix and a forward helix piercing with Danielle. She is so sweet and easy to talk to! She explained everything before she did it, which was so helpful because I was nervous ahead of time. She made sure to look at my ear anatomy first so she could best determine the placement of the piercings on my ear specifically. She even talked about the price and best jewelry for each piercing before hand! Also, she explained the cleaning process of the jewelry and of my ear so I felt safe with the piercing. She is so nice she even recommended me a place near my university I can go to if I need to downsize jewelry in a couple months. Overall a GREAT experience and a professional piercer that I already recommended to friends, and that I will definitely come back to!

A couple friends and I went to get piercings yesterday. Danielle could not have been more knowledgeable and considerate of all the piercings that we had done. The jewelry that was available was adorable and exactly what my friends and I were looking for. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for my future piercings.

A nice little shop. Clean and well maintained. Good atmosphere with original work and some fun other artist collectables that gives a great flavor of what the shop is about. Tina is awesome. She did my idea justice. I came in with simple paw prints from my dogs and she put depth and flavor on them. Glad I had the chance to work with her.

Stopped by today to get a septum piercing with Danielle. She was nice, knowledgeable, clean, careful, everything you should look for in a piercer. She answered all the questions I had, even a couple about an unrelated piercing. She was able to reopen my old septum piercing which saved me time and money. All in all a great piercer in a really neat shop.

I want my cats paw print. I didnt have a good print but came with photos also. Omar took the time to combine and create the paw print. I appreciated all his deadication in creating something I love.

Beyond pleased with Danielle and her work. This place provided a lovely and comfortable experience. We were looking to get a nipple piercing and were able to do it with Lake Street without an appointment. Danielle provided our services and explained the procedure as well as the aftercare with detail. I was impressed with how caring and experienced she was. She also went as far as giving me her card so that I could contact her if I am worried with the piercing and offered to refer me to another body piercing spot in my hometown of Amsterdam. Great tattoo shop. I had a full sleeve done here by, Colton, a visiting artist. The shop itself is small but clean and extremely well kept. The decor is amazing and the staff and artists are all very friendly. I would definitely get a tattoo from any of the other artists here.

I love this tattoo and piercing shop! Alex was great with doing my three new tattoos, and also tattoos for my friends who were visiting from out of town. His attention to detail is the best hands down! One of my out of town friends talked to Danielle about her nose piercing and was so impressed with Danielle, she bought new nose jewelry. Cant get any piercing... even when the parent is with you

I went in because I was having hard time removing a pair of screw-in cartilage piercings (not from Danielle). Danielle was great, she was concerned about the after care instructions I had been given and the type of rings that I had purchased to replace the stuck pair. She explained the reasoning behind her recommendation, which was to purchase a pair of titanium rings instead, and helped me put them in.I will definitely go back to Danielle for purchasing different earrings in the future and if I want any new piercings. Definitely recommend!

Danielle was informative & understanding--good 1st time experience *but* my 2nd visit was the polar opposite :(When I came back 2mos later to purchase some nose rings, she didnt have certain ones in stock; so she verbally quoted me on *three* Id picked out that day for $75. I waited over 4mos to hear her jewelry order [that included that one I liked] was in.None of the 3 Id picked were special order. And her order wasnt just my nose ring. The wait was explained as the jewelry being ^handmade.THEN, the inexcuseable happened:Later when the last one of the three I liked arrived, Id forgotten what the jewelry piece looked like; and I wasnt hot on it after seeing it again 4mos later.. She was NOT AMUSED w hearing this, and gotten curt, butI was *still* buying the other two--what you & I would think less than $75 for 3… NOPEWhen I asked how much, mustve forgot about her quoting me 4mos prior as $75 for my 3.With irritation, she took a second & looked down & said, $75I wont go there again OR refer ppl. Not cool at all
