Every experience I have had at Northwest Motors has been exemplary! I purchased my current car from them and the sales person was wonderful and helpful without ever being pushy. I never felt lied to, I never felt taken advantage of. I had a small problem with the motor of my Audi so I immediately went to them, told them the issue and they were able to diagnose it and have their service department fix it with no charge to me. Be careful !!! I went to see a Silver Pontiac vibe for $6,700 overpriced that was a LEMON car the engines valve system was broken which means you have to rebuild the engine. I test drove it and it had no horsepower, I know its broken also from the noise it makes. The car looked good from the outside and inside but had a broken engine that still ran.Also looked at another car and it was running lean I know this from the smell of the exhaust.Both cars were beaten up.

Stay away from this place. I found a seemingly great deal on a 2001 Ford F150 King Ranch 4 x 4, contacted Hector who had good favorability from previous clients. I bought this truck unseen because I live in Nashville, and from day one the problems started. Even though I know used car salesman are scum and liars, I did not expect the level of the deception I received from this establishment. I live in Nashville so I had to rely on the integrity of the people at northwest, which apparently there is none.UPDATE:To the owner:the fact you felt the need to cover your tracks by responding to my review should be proof enough. If Google had a way for me to post pictures and videos to this review, you wouldnt refute any of my claims. They are not complaints from unsupported viewpoints. There is plain evidence that the truck you sold me was falsely advertised, falsely discussed over the phone, and you had no reservations about lying to a client.Again if anyone is considering this establishment, you better have an attorney

Me and my husband purchased a vehicle there and regret it all its been is a headache. After getting home and looking trough paper work we realized our down payment was not included we called several of times to speak with the owner but were tranfered to the same guy who sold us the car. We tried talking to him he cursed at us! Make sure you check everything carefully if you purchase a car from this place!!!!!!!!

They sold me a lemon and havent fixed my car in 2 months.. Ive been renting a car for 2 months and paying for one sitting in a shop because Hector cant seem to find a transmission for a 2003 Corolla. If it wasnt my life it would be laughable. Never make the mistake of buying a car here.Quick update. Hector told me hes getting the car out of the shop since I left a bad reveiw after waiting 2 month and said he couldnt find a transmission even wednesday even though he said he ordered the trans a week ago.then hung up after I said I found tons of transmissions and he said again that he couldnt find a transmission. Never expect him to call or help because he just in the field to RIP people off... I bought a corolla and Im a fully certified toyota tech and know what the car needed and even offered to get him the transmission.

Love this place unfortunately I had a total loss accident last night a Hector helped me right away to get into a new car.

Was a great experience fast and easy

After researching several dealerships I stopped by Northwest Motors. I was able to find the car on the lot and spend time looking it over and taking notes. It was SO refreshing to not have someone on me from the time I walked over to a car!! One of the gentlemen asked if he could help me with anything and I asked a couple questions. He answered honestly and with integrity. Then Hector came out and he asked him for more details for me. Hector explained in great detail every question I asked. But then he just let me continue to look and never asked me anything or pressured me in ANY way! There were periods even in his office where neither of us said anything as he allowed me to process the information. He never pushed, suggested, or asked anything, just let me be. I asked for a test drive and he went along and allowed me to drive it wherever I wanted to and answered questions along the way. Unfortunately there was one feature that my wife had wanted on the car that wasnt included that I didnt realize until I was backing in (rear view camera), so I said oh thats a deal breaker, Im sorry. He said no, the rear view camera is only an option on the 2014. I thanked him for his patience and left (without him trying to talk me into it anyway!).We were looking at two similar vehicles at other dealerships but as my wife and I talked it over, the vehicle had everything we wanted otherwise. I couldnt get over how well I was treated when visiting Northwest Motors and the honesty up front by Hector. Truthfully, I was exhausted just thinking about trying to haggle with the big name dealers AND Hectors price was already below KBB. So we prayed on it and felt we were to wait out the weekend (when everyone seems to come out to car shop) and if it was still there Monday, we would go back.Well, I snuck a drive by the dealership Sunday afternoon and it was still there so on Monday I secured my financing and contacted my insurance company and headed over to Northwest Motors. Again I was able to spend time looking at every detail of the car, under the hood, trunk, underneath etc without being accosted like many bigger dealerships. After fifteen minutes Hector came out and we talked some more.Again he never suggested anything or pushed anything, just let me think and do the asking.We came to an agreement on the final price as we sat down to look over the details. I brought the check the next morning (along with a dozen doughnuts because we were so appreciative of his patience and honesty) and we went over the paperwork. Since I wasnt trading in a vehicle and my wife was working, Hector offered to deliver it after work, which it was, later that day!!!I felt Hector was honest and up front about everything and the whole process was actually very enjoyable!! He personally picks many of the vehicles on his lot based on his high standards and prices them fairly. I would definitely recommend doing all your homework online first, and if Northwest Motors has the vehicle youre looking for, give Hector a call. Its well worth the trip!!I will for sure be coming back again for our next vehicle and have already bragged about it to half the town!! Hector has honesty and integrity that seems so rare nowadays in the car business. The whole time I felt like he really wanted me to be thoroughly happy with my decision! And I can honestly say we are!!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had!!!..... I purchased a car on 08/22/2015 and engine blew a piston on 11/12/2015. no oil light came on 2 weeks after I bought the car dealership did absolutely nothing. the only way to fix the problem with the engine is to replace entire engine. dealership told me to take them to court without any consideration for me only having this car for 2 months. mechanic confirmed this had to do with repairs that did not take place before I purchased the vehicle.

Would recommend to any body straight up honest good prices on there cars and in good condition and provides free car fax report yes I would go back I got a 2013 ford taurus runs like New good costumer service
