Amazing experience all the way through the end. Worked with Josh Merens on a purchase for my family. He made me feel I was super important, informed me of all my options, guided me through some choices, and kept me in the loop through delivery and installation. One of the best experiences I have had with a large purchase. Tip of the hat to a great guy and wonderful company. I could not be happier with the quality of the equipment, the professionalism of Direct Fitness, and the delivery/install. Everything looks great and my family is now off toward better fitness. And, the installation team all were fully masked and took their approach to the viral outbreak seriously. All were very safe when they came to my house.

Great prices huge inventory stopped in here and bought a few big items and there staff employees are the nicest guys they knew exactly how to place these 3 random gym items into my cargo van and got the doors to close and none of the leather on the machines were even touching. I was blown away by the hospitality of Brian and his warehouse guys I will be back for sure!!! Who ever was in charge of hiring that staff I feel like definately knows what there doing you can tell everyone who works there actually cares about the customers experience and getting them there items. Wether you are a b8g gym or a simple person looking for a used or new treadmill they will definately make you feel comfortable no questions were annoying or stupid they were all answered by Brian and he was not pushy at all

I want to start off and say how absolutely blown away I was by the help I received from Tim Green, I had an idea of what I wanted and he was able to talk me through everything so I could purchase the perfect equipment for my needs. I was getting pretty hopeless that I would find a place that had the equipment I needed at a price that wasnt exorbitant. I went to three places before Direct Fitness Solutions and the first didnt even have weights AND even without weights the price for MUCH less quality equipment was about the same as what I spent here. I was expecting to pay more considering demand due to the current world situation and that just wasnt the case at Direct Fitness Solutions. Great prices, great service, delivery was quick and flawless (IT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS TO ALL BE DELIVERED). I cant see ever buying equipment anywhere else. I havent stopped raving about my experience to everyone I know. Thank you again to Tim Green, you guys are absolute lifesavers.

UPDATE... Brian reached out to me and personally took care of the issue. He honored the price, gave me a new product, and even delivered my items. I am very satisfied with the resolution.Beware....confirmed item availability, price, and was told a date (today) for pickup. Arrived after driving 1 hour and was told the item was “sold...sorry”. Then the Sales person said first come first served, and I should of confirmed. I confirmed with Brian D. Nowhere on The marketplace does it say first come first serve. Don’t waste people’s time. 2 hour drive time for this nonsense is unacceptable!!!

Lied to my partner, wanted to keep charging her fees for travel when they told her only one travel fee. I do not recommend.

Had a great “contactless” experience with Brian today when we purchased a set of dumbbells. He took our credit card information over the phone and personality placed the packages in the back of our SUV. I also feel that we got a fair price for the dumbbells which have been very hard to find in the big retail stores. Highly recommend Direct Fitness Solutions.

I got a great deal on a few pieces here. Its clean and easy to see what they have. Wish you could look up their equipment online. Got my Precor used. At the end of the first year the monitor went out and they replaced it under warranty. No hassles. Got here within two days. My only complaint is that i had asked them to let me know when they got certain pieces of equipment in but i havent heard anything in over a year. Pretty sure they just forgot me

This place is a hidden gem for refurbished high end exercise equipment. The warehouse is filled with fitness equipment. Buy direct, pay with cash, save a lot of money.

Wow - I would give 10 stars if I could! Direct Fitness rarely does residential service, but they came to my rescue recently and I could not have been more pleased with their service. I needed to take apart a large elliptical machine, move it and put it back together again. I didnt realize this until the Saturday afternoon of our move that we would need to take it apart, and Direct Fitness came to my house within the hour! Ruben was professional, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. After he put the elliptical back together again, he tested it out at the different levels and made sure that everything was working properly. I could not believe how nice he was and how he knew exactly what to do. What an awesome company!
