I hired Erick to provide multiple AV and WiFi services in several rooms of my house. He clearly knows technology and provides clear recommendations. He gave me options to pick from (good, better, best). He only selects quality products and can explain the technology (unlike big boxes). His proposals were detailed and his work matched the proposals and he finished on time. His work took about 2 days. Since finishing his work 6 months ago, Erick has been available to solve typical tech issues like rebooting components etc. I am very happy with the work and the sound and video quality is even better than what I expected. I went back and fourth about how to get surround sound back in my life at my new house. I decided in-ceiling speakers would give the cleanest look due to the overall room configuration; fireplace, positioning of rear wall, etc. Not having any experience with this set up, I talked to several companies before deciding on ECO. Erick and Ricky were a great help and demoed several different speakers for me at their office, as well as showcasing several higher tiers of home entertainment, security and automation. While I joked I didnt want to rival Tony Starks house......yet, they were very thorough in taking what I was looking for, making their recommendations and coming over to the house to inspect and quote. Their communication was excellent, quick responses to any questions I had, along with talking me thru the installation and the possibility of additional drywall patching/painting that might need to be done after.Dave did an amazing job installing, and no additional patch work was needed. His work was completely professional and clean. And I mean literally clean, he drills out a hole and hes got his cordless Milwaukee vacuum out right after. By the time everything was said and done, all I had to do adjust the settings on my receiver and put on the Normandy Beach scene in Saving Private Ryan. Sound was amazing and it really drowned out my wifes yelling. I think she was saying it was too loud, but I cant read lips so couldnt say for sure.Dont worry, I put on Bohemian Rhapsody for her later and THEN she loved the setup as much as I did, so were all good.

Called Eco on a Friday evening in a panic when our smart-home system went down unexpectedly, even though we were not previous customers. Great, personable company. Communication is always key with any service company and ECO delivers. Erick is very transparent when dealing with network issues with our Control 4 system. He follows up both by phone and email in a timely manner. We have worked with previous Control 4 vendors and they do not even compare! We had a scheduled appointment but had to report to the emergency department for our young child - they were so patient and understanding that they waited for us to return home rather than cancelling our long-awaited appointment. Its rare to find a company that is very family-oriented and flexible! You will not be disappointed!
