Been taking my cars there for years, never tried to rip me off because Im a woman like other garages I used. Both John and Jack are good guys (and his helper whose name I cant remember now.)

Excellent shop! I never feel like I am being taken for a ride as a woman. Everything is explained in detail and they will even take me into the shop and show me what they are talking about. Very honest and hard working family owned business. Have been using them for years on both domestic and foreign vehicles.

This is one of the best places for car repair in the area. Both father and son take the time to explain everything about what they are doing to your car. We have been dealing with them for over ten years. They run a business with integrity and are very honest to tell you if you dont really need something repaired(which has happened several times). They are very busy but still manage to get car repairs done in a timely fashion. And by the way, they have great personalities. My husband will often hang around and chat when he picks up car. Sometimes I have a question about a noise I hear in the car...No problem...I just stop down and they always take the time to answer. If I ever move Im still bringing my vehicles here!!! Have never had any bad experience here.

If I could give less I would. Owner is so ignorant and rude.. was to simply weld a muffler together. Over charged me. Then the next morning started it up only to realize they broke the pipe near the front I called to see if they would fix it.. he laughed. Said it wasnt there fault and wanted to charge me more to fix what they broke... NEVER go to this place

(6/23/16)I took my truck to Patterson for an oil change and brake job. They put a new set of brake pads on the front with out checking, replacing or turning the front rotors. When my brake pedal went to the floor I was told it would get better once pads were was broken in and that I was impossible to please.A new pair of rotors at my own expense, installed somewhere else, fixed the problem. Why should I pay for a brake job twice?The work they do is both unsafe and incompetent. If I could rate at less than one star I would.

Every time I have been to Pattersons it has been an excellent experience. They are very helpful, informative, and take the head ache and worry out of car issues.

Always friendly and honest service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Think they are a little pricey for a local shop thats been around for many years, and noticed attitude shown towards women. Tries to up sale almost everything.
